Integration of Monkey Learn and Adobe Sign

Monkey Learn?

MonkeyLearn is a cloud based application that allows users to analyze and extract data from text. The service is free for a small number of requests per month, but most users will likely need to pay for a plan with more requests. You can get a free plan which allows you to add up to 10,000 new entries per month with a maximum of 500 per day. In this free account, you will have access to the full range of analyzers. To use our services, you just have to upload a text you want to analyze in CSV format. Then, you select the language from the dropdown menu and a list of analyzers becomes available. If you don’t see your language, contact us and we will add it to the list. Afterwards, click on “Analyze Text” and you will be able to see the analysis results in the right panel.

Adobe Sign?

Adobe Sign is an online, cloud-based digital signature service that allows individuals or companies to streamline their business processes by electronically signing documents and forms. It is used to legally authenticate signatures for transactions such as employment agreements, real estate purchases, debt cplection letters, and more. Adobe Sign provides document workflow and forms management capabilities and features intelligent capture and routing functionality. It also offers document archiving and audit trails. Adobe Sign can integrate with other cloud applications such as Salesforce and Dropbox.

Integration of Monkey Learn and Adobe Sign

MonkeyLearn can be integrated with Adobe Sign in order to add sentiment analysis on content such as customer reviews, comments on social media about the company, or feedback from customers that want to receive it in a specific way. This way, customer satisfaction can be guaranteed, while automating some of the tasks of the customer support team. The fplowing diagram shows how MonkeyLearn and Adobe sign can be integrated:

First, we need to create a class for each of the two services:

The MonkeyLearn class has an id field which we will use later to save the user’s details that are saved into the database when he signs the document. The AdobeSign class has an url field because we will be creating an instance of the Client class defined earlier in the code. The name field will be used later to check if there are any duplicated names in the database. The last field is files which stores all the files that the user wants to upload. These files are uploaded using multipart/form-data request method. Let’s go through the code now:
