On the OpsGenie side, go to Settings > Integrations > Choose Team Services > Microsoft Teams. On the Microsoft side, go to https://aka.ms/teamsconnect (or launch Teams from your Windows icon. > teamsconnect.microsoft.com > choose your organization > Enable Teams Connectors. When you’re done, you can create alerts in OpsGenie and send them to Microsoft Teams channels or monitor your alerts in Microsoft Teams.
