Step 1. Copy the API key from Asset Panda on a Notepad.
Step 2. Open your Microsoft Outlook and go to File>Options>Mail>E-Mail Accounts>Add Account. Next, click “Outlook.com” as the account type and enter your email address as well as password. When entering your password, make sure that you copy the API key from Step 1 on another Notepad. Once you have entered all the information correctly, click “Next.”
Step 3. Select “Manual setup or additional server types” and click “Next.” You should then see “Enter your settings manually.” Click “Next” again. Next, enter the IMAP information (Hostname. Step 4. Enter your Name, Email Address, Signature (if you want), and Spam Filter (if you want to enable this feature. Make sure that you enter your name just like you entered it when signing up for your Gmail account because this is what will be used as the From Name when sending out emails using this account. Finally, click “Next” again.
Step 5. Click “Finish.” You should now see your new email account in your Microsoft Outlook.
