MeisterTask allows you to define tasks or projects and then break them down into smaller tasks. You can easily manage all your tasks from the desktop, smartphone, or tablet. Zoho Books aims to help entrepreneurs and small business owners by providing them with an array of easy-to-use tops. Zoho Books’ customers have access to online invoices, accounting software, time tracking, and much more. Zoho Books also offers free accounting software for users with less than $500 in monthly revenue.
MeisterTask and Zoho Books are both valuable resources for a small business or entrepreneur. However, MeisterTask and Zoho Books do not work together seamlessly. For example, if I use Zoho Books to generate an invoice for a client, I cannot assign it to a task on MeisterTask without manually adding it to my task list. If I add it to my task list on MeisterTask, then I am creating duplicate work because I could have just used the invoice generated by Zoho Books as my task. However, if I use MeisterTask to generate the invoice for my client and I want to send it through Zoho Books, I am forced to make a copy of the invoice in Zoho Books so it can be sent through email. This is just one example of how the integration between MeisterTask and Zoho Books is lacking. There are other issues with the integration of these two tops. It would be more helpful if MeisterTask and Zoho Books worked together more seamlessly.
