The Calendar app on macOS® makes it easy to keep track of your life. It includes built-in calendar support for iCloud®, Google, and Microsoft® Exchange, so you can set up a meeting, add an event, or get reminders from any of your accounts. Calendar integrates with Contacts to pull in contact information about the people you’re meeting with—automatically updating them with any changes you make. It also provides a day view, week view, and month view, so you can see your schedule at a glance. You can even create and share calendars with others, making sure everyone stays on the same page.
Cisco® Webex Teams enables teams to work together online in real time from anywhere. The service combines the power of Cisco Webex® Meetings—a multipoint video conferencing spution that allows people to meet online—with the simplicity of chat and file sharing capabilities from Cisco Spark® Messaging and Files. Cisco Webex Teams provides a single cplaboration top that helps teams be more productive by providing them with a common place to stay connected as well as a single destination for sharing information. In addition, Cisco Webex Teams offers advanced features such as Adobe Connect integrations and multimedia content. With Cisco Webex Teams, a user can send and receive messages, initiate meetings, and join other users across multiple devices including desktop computers, mobile devices, tablets and phones.
Integration between macOS Calendar and Cisco® Webex Teams allows users to get reminders when scheduled events are close to happening. Users do not need to open both applications separately when creating events or checking their schedules; they can just do it on a single screen! This article will explain how this integration works.
Step 1. Create an event through macOS Calendar.
Once the event is created, the macOS Calendar application will provide the user with a link to the event on Cisco® Webex Teams (see Figure 1. Clicking this link will take the user to the event details page on Cisco® Webex Teams.

Step 2. View the event in Cisco® Webex Teams.
When logged into Cisco® Webex Teams, clicking on the link provided by macOS Calendar will take the user directly to the event details page. The user can also click on the “Calendar” button from the top navigation bar on Cisco® Webex Teams (see Figure 2. to go to the calendar list page where all events can be viewed. From here, find the event created through macOS Calendar by using the search box or choosing the calendar that matches the calendar name given in the macOS Calendar application (like “Work”. After choosing either method, the user will see their event under the appropriate calendar (see Figure 3.
