First, I want to emphasize how important it is for the two companies to merge their servers. Second, I want to focus on the benefits that the two companies could receive from integrating their servers. Finally, I want to touch on what this merger means for future expansions and plans for these companies.I believe this merger is extremely important for both companies. Loyverse and Discord are both gaming companies who have the same goal in mind. to provide their players with awesome rewards and experiences so they can have fun playing games. However, it is very clear that these two companies were not reaching the same goals because they did not have the same resources at their disposal. Loyverse is a virtual reality company, which means it had to design its own games for its subscribers. However, Discord is a gaming chat platform, which means that it only had to design one game for all of its subscribers. Now that these two companies are working together, they are able to share resources and put each other's strengths toward better use. This means that both Discord and Loyverse can work together to create games that allow players to earn more rewards while being able to play the games they love even more.Although the benefits of this merger are evident, there are still many things that these two companies need to work on before they can combine their servers. There are many issues that arise when companies of different sizes combine to form one larger company. The first issue is that small companies tend to struggle with the change when merging with a larger company. Whereas smaller companies are typically used to operating autonomously and independently, larger companies often prefer having a strict hierarchical structure where everyone is responsible for their own tasks and must fplow orders from a superior. The second issue is that top-level management often fails to see eye-to-eye when merging with a smaller company because they are used to doing things their own way and having complete contrp over everything. Lastly, there is also the issue of people not liking each other or appreciating each other's talents once the two companies have merged. Because people come from different backgrounds and have different personalities, it is likely that some people will clash and others will become friends. Now that these two companies have merged, they not only need to learn how to work together but they need to learn how to like each other as well.In regards to future expansion plans for these two companies, I believe that these two companies now have access to a huge population of gamers who have never played any of their games before. Because Discord has roughly 150 million registered users playing over 25 million games every month, Loyverse will be able to reach a whpe new audience of gamers who have never played any of their games due to lack of exposure. In addition, Discord has nearly 4 million active daily users who spend an average of 2 hours per day using the app; this amount of exposure would give Loyverse a much larger player base than it already has. Not only does this mean that there will be more potential customers for Loyverse but it also means that there will be more potential customers for Discord because now Loyverse members can share information about Discord with their friends if they feel like the two products complement each other well enough. I believe that this merger creates a huge opportunity for both parties because now they can expand their markets by introducing new games and new services to millions of new customers.
