It allows you to monitor the performance of your business in a single view. It works by connecting to various data sources and providing you with key performance indicators in a graphical format. You can choose from the various dashboards available in the application. This application provides multiple options such as Custom Dashboard, Visual Map (Heat Map), and others.

Konnect Insights is an add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that allows you to monitor the performance of your business in a single view. It works by connecting to various data sources and providing you with key performance indicators in a graphical format. It allows you to create unlimited dashboards with filters, charts, and visualizations and share them with everyone on your team so that everyone can get on the same page. Let’s understand the integration process:

Step 1. Create a connection between Konnect Insights and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

The first step is to connect Konnect Insights to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can do so using the Quick Connect option or using Data Import. Use the fplowing steps to create a connection between Konnect Insights and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

  • Let’s create a connection between Konnect Insights and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using the Quick Connect option. To do so, click on Quick Connect under Konnect Insights->Connections section. Then, click on Add Connection under Add Connection wizard section. After that, select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central under Office 365 Account Type section. Then, enter the username, password, domain name, Admin rpe name, organization name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, etc.
  • After this step, click on OK button to save the credentials. Now, you have successfully connected Konnect Insights with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Now, let’s create a dashboard using these connections.
  • To create a dashboard using these connections, click on Discover under Fact Sheets section -> then click on +Add Fact Sheet -> then select Dashboard -> then select the selected data sources from the available list -> then select the date range from the available list -> then select any available chart-> then select any available visualization-> then provide any relevant title to this dashboard -> then click on Save button.
