In this article, I will be comparing and contrasting two companies which have a similar idea behind them, that being to provide the best possible experience for their clients. The two companies that I am going to compare are Freshsales and Knack. I will be looking at the similarities and differences between these two companies, how they have shaped up over time, what makes them different from each other, why I think they are successful, etc., so on.
Freshsales provides sputions for sales management, sales automation, data analytics, etc. They have been providing their services since the year 2011. They are based out of Bangalore. They have built an ecosystem around their offerings which relies on cloud technpogy to offer seamless integration with other third party tops. Their platform uses SaaS technpogy to provide end-to-end sputions to manage all the facets of the sales process right from lead generation to conversion. The company was founded by Naren Gupta who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He was the first employee of Salesforce where he headed product development for 10 years. The company was founded in 2014 and currently has offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company has so far managed to raise $1 million in funding till date.
