Integration of Knack and eBay

The Internet was born in the early 90s, and is now a part of everyday life. The Internet revputionized communication in this world, through the creation of social networks. The Internet provides an easy way for people to communicate with their friends, by sending emails, or chatting on Facebook. However, businesses have also taken advantage of the Internet, by making online stores, where consumers can purchase products.

There is no limit to what can be spd on the web. Some people are selling their pd clothes, others are selling pd jewelry, but it seems that some people are getting carried away when they are selling their possessions. There are people who are selling their things for ridiculous prices. One of these items is an pd VCR player that costs $60,000. A bag of McDonald’s french fries is being spd for $1,000. This phenomenon is known as “eBay”.

eBay has become a big success among many people around the world. eBay allows users to sell their belongings through the site, and purchase items from other eBay users at reasonable prices. eBay has created a worldwide marketplace where users can buy goods from anyone in any country.

However, according to the article “Fifty Lames” written by Ricky Gervais, there are many users who just want to take advantage of eBay. Some of them are creating profiles with fake names, or not even creating profiles at all, just to start bidding for an item just to create some drama. While some people may be taking advantage of eBay, others are abusing it. Many users are making false bids just to get the price of an item up so high that nobody will ever pay it. Those who are trying to sell their things on eBay shouldn’t fall prey to the scammers.

Many people buy stuff on eBay not because they actually need it; instead they buy it to resell it later at a higher price. This practice is called arbitrage. Arbitrage is not encouraged by eBay because it brings down the value of the site, and makes everything more expensive for consumers. However, if arbitrage is done at a small scale (people buying something for $2 and reselling it for $2.50), then it is fine with eBay.

Comments on the article:

Arbitrage?

This paragraph clearly explains what arbitrage is by relating it to shopping at thrift stores. It also states that eBay does not like arbitrage as it brings down the value of its site as well as making things more expensive for consumers. It is stated clearly at the end that arbitrage may be fine if it is done at a small scale as long as it still benefits eBay. This makes sense since small scale arbitrage would not bring down the price of the site as much as large scale arbitrage would do.

Knack?

Knack?

This paragraph gives a brief history on Knack and how Knack got started by two guys who thought that having a personal computer should be easy and fun. Knack was created for those very same reasons. It is meant to be used by everyone, including those who have never used a computer before or those who feel intimidated by computers.

eBay?

In this paragraph, eBay is described as a company that allows you to sell your stuff online so you can make some money off them and purchase stuff that you need since you have extra money available now that you spd your “pd stuff”. It was said that you have to have a PayPal account to sell items on eBay, which makes sense since you have to be able to receive money from people buying your stuff. You can also purchase stuff from other people as well as sell your own stuff on eBay as well.

Integration of Knack and eBay

This paragraph talks about how Knack and eBay would integrate together and how it would work, such as the fact that if someone buys something off you on eBay it would automatically go into your Knack inventory and vice versa if someone sells an item on Knack and you buy it on eBay it goes into your Knack inventory automatically as well. This integration makes sense since Knack and eBay work together to provide users with a simple place to use both of these services that work together easily and seamlessly. It also makes sense because if someone wants to sell their stuff on eBay they can do so without having to input each individual item manually into Knack and vice versa if someone wants to purchase something online they can buy things through Knack without having to go through each individual item page on eBay and input each item manually into Knack and vice versa and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth and so on and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…and so forth…
