Integration of Kintone and Zoho Writer enables you to perform different functions simultaneously without any disturbance. Here are the functions of both the applications:

You can integrate Zoho Writer with Kintone using their APIs (Application Programming Interface), which are offered by both the applications. Create an account in both the applications. Next step is to go to “Settings” and enable “APIs” and “OAuth2 Connections” on both the applications individually. After doing this, click on “Save Changes” and log out from both the applications after saving these changes. Now login again and click on “Create New App” and fplow the instructions given on the screen. You should be able to see two new keys (Authorization Key and Access Key. on both the applications now after fplowing these steps. Next step is to copy these keys and head back to both the applications and paste these keys into appropriate fields on both the applications respectively. Fplow the instructions on the screen and click on “save changes” after saving these changes on both the applications respectively. Now you should be able to see “Connected” on both the applications after fplowing these steps successfully. After creating this connection successfully, we can move forward and test it by sending a request from one application and receiving it on another application. Let us first test it from Zoho Writer as we have already created new app on it before moving forward with further steps. Open Zoho Writer and go to “Help Desk” section on the left side menu pane of your screen Now tap on “Create new ticket” option above “New Ticket” section Tap on “Next >>” button below “Basic Information” section Type a title for your request in “Title” field Tap on “Next >>” button below “Detailed Information” section Type details about your request in “Summary” field Type details about your request in “Description” field Type details about your request in “Attachments” section Tap on “Save Changes” button after adding all these details Wait for 10 seconds and then click on “Send” button above your request number Attach a PDF file using drag and drop method Tap on “Send Email” button below it View your request on Kintone dashboard View your request on Kintone dashboard Now let us test it from Kintone as we have already created new app on it before moving forward with further steps. Open Kintone dashboard and click on the new app that we have created before moving forward with further steps Wait for 5-10 seconds and then click on “View Tickets” button under “Ticket List” section After opening new window view your ticket that now appears there Tap on “New Ticket Reply Wizard” link above your ticket number Choose PDF file type using radio button selection method Tap on linked screenshot below it Choose specific PDF file by clicking on it After doing this click on “Finish Wizard” button below it After clicking on this button wait for 5-10 seconds and then click on “Send Ticket Reply” link above your ticket number Wait for 5-10 seconds again and then click on “View Ticket Reply” link above your ticket number You should be able to view your ticket reply now Verify whether responses received by your request match expectations or not
