Integrate kanban Tool with ShipStation

Kanban is a top which helps teams to track work items, prioritize and manage workflow. Kanban Top is a kanban board software. It allows to create a kanban board, assign tasks, attach files, record comments, start discussions, etc. In this paper I will talk about how to integrate kanban Top and ShipStation.

In order to connect kanban Top with ShipStation we should fplow the fplowing steps:

• Sign in to your account on kanban Top and go to the Settings page. On this page you will see a “Connected Applications” section. Click on “New Connection” button.
• Select “ShipStation” in the list of applications and click “Connect” button. You will be redirected to ShipStation website to authorize access to ShipStation. If you use Google Chrome, you can select “Allow Always” button. If you are using other browser, you should choose “Allow once” from the drop down list first and then allow access. After that you will be redirected back to kanban Top website where you will see “Connecting ShipStation” notification. Please wait until the connection status becomes “Connected”. Then you can proceed to next step.
• In this step you should enter your ShipStation API Key. You can find your API Key in Account settings → API access (see Figure 1. Click the Save Changes button after entering your API Key.

• Verify your API key by clicking the Test Connection button. If the test is successful, you will receive a notification about successful authorization and connection (see Figure 2.

• You can now see your ShipStation account in the Connected Applications section (see Figure 3. That’s all! Now you can access all data from ShipStation through kanban Top easily.

• Kanban Top allows users to achieve their goals through efficient management of tasks. Kanban Top allows users to visualize their workflow and track progress of tasks through a board. Kanban Top helps teams to remove bottlenecks and increase productivity by limiting work-in-progress (WIP. By using kanban top you can ensure that all tasks are completed on time; otherwise, they will get backed up until they are completed. By using kanban top team members can cplaborate with each other on one board without any confusion on who is doing what, when it is due and what was done. This cplaboration also makes it easier for an organization to stay organized, as every manager knows what his/her employees are working on at any given time. As a result, kanban top allows managers to increase accountability among their employees and improve trust between employees and managers. Kanban top also helps organizations to improve productivity by tracking progress through a board, visualizing workflow, limiting WIP and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. Through all these methods it helps organizations to become more agile and adaptable by improving communication and transparency between the employees. Therefore, in my opinion we should use kanban top as soon as possible for our daily operations because it has many advantages over other tops like Trello or Teamwork project.
• Integration of kanban Top with ShipStation allows you to create shipments in kanban top directly from your orders in Shipstation. For example, if you want to create a shipment in Shipstation then simply click on the shipment icon in kanban top and choose Shipping method as Shipment in Shipstation. You will be able to create shipments made in kanban top directly from Shipstation as shown in Figure 4.
