• IMAP by Connect. The connection between the two services means that users can seamlessly switch between mobile, desktop, and tablet devices to view all of their emails. This has led to increased productivity since users no longer have to switch accounts while accessing their emails. Thus, they no longer have to open multiple accounts – one for personal use and the other for business use – as they can now view all of their emails on a single account.
• Zoom.ai. From the Zoom.ai platform, users can easily create fpders and smart filters so that they can view only relevant emails. These fpders are then connected with IMAP by Connect so that users can see their email fpders on their IMAP by Connect dashboard. In addition, Zoom.ai allows users to create an unlimited number of email fpders based on different categories, such as personal, work, and social.
• Call and video call capabilities. Users can also upgrade their account using Zoom.ai by adding $0.20 per month for each person who would like to make video calls with them. With this upgrade, users will be able to engage in video calls with any of their email contacts; they do not have to download any additional software or technical equipment. They can also call any phone number in the world using their Zoom account.
• Smart filters. Zoom.ai has the ability to recognize different aspects of every email, including sender, subject line, time of arrival, and attachments. A user can also set certain criteria to sort these aspects into different fpders for easy organization. Moreover, IMAP by Connect smart filters are connected with Zoom filters so that they will appear in the same place on the email dashboard of IMAP by Connect users.
• Auto-responders. Auto-responders refer to messages that are automatically sent whenever a user receives an email from a specific address. With Zoom’s auto-responder feature, users can send customized replies to deal with their important emails more efficiently. For example, they can instruct recipients to contact them via phone rather than replying to their emails if they are unavailable at the moment. As another example, they can request recipients to fill out a form if they want to receive more information about a product or service. The responses will then be sent via email so that recipients can easily access them anytime they want without having to wait for the sender’s response.
• Call tracking. Zoom’s call tracking feature allows users to keep track of who calls them via Zoom and how long they talk on the phone. This feature allows users to manage their communication workflow more efficiently since they will know exactly where they stand with each of their contacts when it comes to calls made and received. They can also detect patterns in their communications in order to determine which calls are more important than others and prioritize them accordingly.
• Email management.
