Hunter is a desktop-based contact management application which helps you store, sort, group and manage your personal contacts. It allows you to create multiple email accounts, contacts for each email account, groups, notes, events, tasks, birthdays, etc. Hunter gives you the ability to work with both online and offline information, and to synchronize your data between computers and mobile devices.
It’s important to note that hunter does not provide direct access to data in the cloud (i.e. social networks such as Google or Facebook. but it works perfectly with these services when they are used through Microsoft Outlook. This means that hunter can take advantage of all the third-party applications installed in your Windows system and make them available in your contact list using the external application options.
Microsoft Outlook is a suite of programs that helps you coordinate schedules and activities by storing and managing information in an electronic personal organizer called a calendar. The calendar stores appointments, meetings, and other events and their associated information, such as task lists, notes, and contact information. You can also save emails in the calendar. The best part is that it’s available for free from Microsoft.
The integration of hunter and Microsoft Outlook allows you to take advantage of all the features available in hunter and integrate it with your existing Microsoft Outlook installation so that the two systems work together seamlessly and work on the same data. It’s important to mention that this does not replace any other email client that you might be using to communicate with friends or family members. It only works with other email programs whenever you need to add your contacts from hunter to another program or add contacts from another program to hunter. For example, if you have a Gmail address and want to add your Outlook contacts to this address, then it will automatically be done while opening up your Gmail account in Microsoft Windows. All your contacts from hunter will be automatically added to the database while using Gmail. Or if you want to send a message to someone who is not a hunter user but has a Gmail address, then their Gmail address will automatically be added to the To Do list without having to open it in Gmail. Once again all your contacts from hunter will be automatically added to the database while using Gmail. In fact you don’t even have to know that Gmail was used at all! That’s how seamless it works! The integration between hunter and Microsoft Outlook also allows users to share their contact information between the two systems so that they have all their contact information at hand when they start up their computer or open up a new email program. There are a lot of other minor advantages such as being able to send an email from hunter which contains a link to a contact’s information stored in Microsoft Outlook (or vice versa), but the most important benefit is the ease of working between both systems without having to worry about losing any important data.
There are 3 main benefits when integrating hunter with Microsoft Outlook:
An email arrives with the fplowing message. “Heard your band last night! I liked your new song!” From here I click on the link attached which takes me directly to the webpage Hunter created for my band page on ReverbNation! The above picture shows what happens when I click on the hyperlink within my email program! Note that I didn’t have to open another browser window just to view this website! I could have opened another browser window if I wanted too but I decided not too because it wasn’t necessary! This is just one example of how powerful this feature is because I didn’t have to leave my email program just so I could visit this website! This feature works on every single link sent via email so no matter how long or complicated the URL is Hunter will create a convenient shortcut just inside my email program! As shown below I was able to visit this website without leaving my email program! Note that this isn’t just for websites! It works just as well with documents containing text/documents containing images/videos/audio files/etc… Files sent via emails can also be viewed right inside Email (no need for opening up another program)! This shows how convenient it is not having to open another program just so I can preview files attached via emails received by myself or others! This time I chose not to open another browser window since the file was small enough (less than 5mb. so I could view it right inside my mail program (I would choose not to open another browser window for larger files though. Here we see what happens when I decide that I wish to open up another browser window after clicking on a hyperlink inside one of my emails (since this file was much larger than the previous one. Again note how easy it is to open up 2 different browser windows right inside our email program without having to pay money for them separately! And here we see what happens when we click on the hyperlink inside an incoming email (this time there was no need for opening up an additional browser window)! These are just some examples of why people really love using Hunter even if they don’t pay for the full version because they get so much more functionality than simply displaying links within their email programs! All these features come standard with every version of Hunter whether it be free or paid! And if users decide that they don’t want or need these additional features then they can easily disable them from within their settings! So there really isn’t any reason not too use Hunter even if you aren’t planning on paying for it! This also means that if anyone asks you why you aren’t paying for Hunter then you can simply show them all of its features by demonstrating how useful they really are! These features make working with both systems so easy and convenient that there really isn’t any reason not too use them! Also keep in mind that these features are only available when using Hunter with Microsoft Outlook because no other programs allow sharing contact information between both systems! And finally keep in mind that all these features work seamlessly whether or not hunters services are running on your computer or not! There really is nothing more convenient than being able to see your entire contact list as well as all your received emails as soon as you start up your computer without having to wait for any services running on
