Integration of HubSpot CRM with Autotask using Zapier:

Step 1. Creating an Autotask Account:

Go to https://www.autotask.com/signup/. On the signup page, fill in your name, email address and enter your billing information. Once you have filled in all the details and clicked on “Continue”, you will get access to your account dashboard. Here you will see a screen similar to the one shown below. Click on “Start Free Trial” button given on top right corner of the page:

Step 2. Creating a HubSpot Account:

Go to https://www.hubspot.com/products/crm/free-trial/. On the HubSpot website homepage, click on “Try Free” button given at the bottom left corner:

In order to sign up for a free trial of HubSpot CRM software, you need to create an account first. Once you have created an account, click on “Manage Signup” tab given above your name on the left sidebar of the page:

Then click on “Create New Account” button under “Manage Signup” tab:

Now you will be redirected to the setup page where you need to fill in your personal information like First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password etc. After filling in all the details, click on “Sign Up” button given at the bottom right corner of the page:

Once you have successfully signed up for a HubSpot account, you will be redirected to your main dashboard in which you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:

Step 3. Signing up for Zapier:

Go to www.zapier.com/signup/ Select “Free Plan” option and enter your username, email id and password Then click on “Sign Up” button given at the bottom right corner:

Step 4. Connecting Autotask and HubSpot CRM accounts using Zapier:

On your Autotask dashboard , go to Settings > Integrations . Now click on +Add Integration . Then select “Zapier” from the list of available integrations:

On Zapier dashboard , add HubSpot CRM as your first app and then add Autotask as your second app . Both these apps need API access in order to work properly with Zapier. So make sure that both these apps have API access enabled before proceeding further:

Now that we have enabled API access for both these apps, we need to create our integration (or Zaps. between both these applications. In Autotask , go to Accounts > Marketing > Contacts > Leads > New Lead > Add Contact Information :

In HubSpot CRM , go to Contacts > New Contact > Add Contact Info :

Select “Automatic” option from drop down menu given next to “Choose action when new leads are created” text box . Now enter your desired trigger text in the “When X happens” text box . This trigger text will initiate the process when any new leads are created in Autotask :
