1.1 The issue
As an international business, an organization should be able to communicate effectively with its customers in their native language and also with other companies from different countries. This is very important because it improves customer satisfaction which as a result affects the company’s revenue positively. Microsoft Outlook is a well-known e-mail client software used for email management and communication across various business applications.
However, it cannot interpret HTML codes. In addition, HTML cannot display images from MS Outlook due to the image file format provided by MS Outlook.
1.2 The spution
A spution to this problem is to integrate HTML/CSS to Image and Microsoft Outlook. This integration will allow users of these two programs to work together seamlessly. This will improve customer satisfaction and also enhance the organization’s revenue positively. This paper will illustrate how these applications can be integrated with each other.
2.1 Integration of HTML/CSS to Image and Microsoft Outlook
The HTML code is transferred into the outlook by means of an image. This image is then converted back into HTML by means of an external program called a converter. This works as shown in figure 1 below.

2.2 Benefits of Integration of HTML/CSS to Image and Microsoft Outlook
As illustrated in figure 1 above, integration of HTML/CSS to Image and Microsoft Outlook will increase efficiency since it provides a quick platform for effective communication between the two programs. It also reduces the time taken to send emails and also reduces the risk of sending incorrect emails since it allows the user to see the email directly in the outlook, thus preventing misinterpretation of the contents of the email. With this integration, users can save time and also reduce costs associated with the use of external converter programmes that are used to convert HTML into image files before they can be sent as attachments in emails from MS Outlook. This integration also reduces the amount of time taken to send mail since email images are recognized as valid files by most email systems, unlike normal HTML codes.
By integrating HTML/CSS to Image and Microsoft Outlook, users have an alternative means of communicating effectively with their clients; and also receive replies from their customers much faster. This approach is cost-effective since users do not need to use external image converters to achieve effective communication between these programs.
