Zoho Connect is a cloud-based SaaS application that provides secure email and contacts synchronization. Users can synchronize their Gmail or Outlook contacts with Zoho CRM without having to manually add contacts one by one. Zoho Connect also lets users sync their Zoho CRM contacts with Gmail or Outlook. Evernote and Slack are just some of the other applications that Zoho Connect can connect to.
In November 2018 at its annual Tradearama conference, Harvest announced integration with Zoho Connect. This integration allows Harvest users to sync data from their Harvest accounts to Zoho Connect. Through this integration, reports from Harvest can be sent to Zoho Connect to be automatically linked to users’ Gmail account. This eliminates the need for Zoho users to re-enter information from their Harvest reports into the CRM system. The connection between Harvest and Zoho also allows all users in your team to view and edit reports from the same location. This makes it easier for multiple users in your organization to access the same information about your clients. If a new contact is created in Harvest, it will be automatically synchronized with the corresponding contact in Zoho CRM. In addition to integrating data between Harvest and Zoho Connect, the two platforms also allow users to receive updates on opportunities or tasks in your email inbox.
With this integration, you can now perform the fplowing tasks using both platforms:
Send reports from Harvest directly into your email inbox using Gmail or Outlook. You can also send reports directly into your CRM using Zoho CRM. You can set up filters so that only important information appears in your email box. You do not have to enter any data twice. If you add a new contact in Harvest, it will be automatically added to your contact list in Zoho CRM. You can also view related information about the contact in both tops and create tasks directly from the email client instead of having to log in to your CRM first and then creating a task. You can create tasks directly from a new email message in your inbox. When you create a task from an email message, you do not have to search for the contact name, remember which sales stage the contact is in, or figure out which opportunity the contact is connected to. All that information will already be available because you are working directly from the context of the message thread.
