Integration of Gravity Forms and Chargebee is very simple. All you have to do is install the plugin in both your WordPress sites. For example, if you have a WordPress site with Gravity Forms installed on it already, then signup for a Chargebee account. Once you have registered for Chargebee, fplow the installation instructions on their website to install the Chargebee plugin on your WordPress site. Once the installation is complete, go back to your Gravity Form and add a new payment method in your payment settings section. After you add your payment method, select the Chargebee option and then save your form. Now go to your settings page and under ‘Payment Gateways’ click on ‘Chargebee’ and select ‘Enable Chargbee’. Now you will need to fill out your API key and secret key. You can find these keys on your Chargebee account page (in ‘Settings’. and by clicking on ‘API Keys’ under ‘Account Settings’. You can change the name of your gateway if you want to call it something else than ‘Chargebee’. Once you have filled out the API key and secret key and clicked ‘Save Changes’, you will be directed back to your Gravity Form settings page where you will see a new tab called ‘Chargebee Settings’. Click on this tab and enter your ‘Chargebee Invoice Number’ in the field provided. This number uniquely identifies each appointment/order/invoice created by your form so make sure that you use the same number every time you create an invoice. Click the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page and that’s it! You have successfully integrated Gravity Forms and Chargebee!
