GoToWebinar is a webinar software that is used to create, deliver and manage webinars. It has the ability to schedule your webinars, access recordings, communicate attendees, and view reports. The most impressive feature of GoToWebinar is that it lets you conduct webinars both in video and audio.

Xendit is an online event management software that allows you to manage, organize and sell tickets for events. Xendit has a wide range of features for event managers such as e-mail marketing tops, networking platforms, etc. It also has the capability to integrate with other software such as Meetup, Facebook, Eventbrite, and GoToWebinar. With the integration of Xendit and GoToWebinar, you can easily create, sell and organize events.

Integration of GoToWebinar and Xendit

GoToWebinar is integrated with Xendit. This integration allows users of Xendit to showcase their events in GoToWebinar. Users can create events in Xendit and also invite registrants through GoToWebinar. If users have already created an event in Xendit, they can add it as a webinar in GoToWebinar. This is done by clicking on “Create Webinar” in the “My Events” section of the dashboard in GoToWebinar. After clicking on this option, the user will be taken to the “Add Webinar” page where he or she can enter information about the event being added. This data includes name of the event, date and time of the webinar and location where the webinar would be hosted. After completing this data entry, the user can proceed to enter the event URL found in Xendit into the text box provided for this purpose.

The integration between GoToWebinar and Xendit makes it easier for event managers to manage, organize and sell tickets for events. However, if a user wants to create an event in GoToWebinar without having created an event in Xendit first, he or she still has that option. To do this, go to “Add New Event” option in the “My Events” section of GoToWebinar’s dashboard. This will take the user to “My Events” where he or she can select “New Event” from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. This will take him or her to a blank event form which requires filling in different details about the event being created. These details include name of the event, location and date of the event. The user must also indicate whether the event is going to be held online or offline and also choose whether to charge attendees for attendance or not. After filling this information and clicking on “Add Event” button at the bottom of the page, a new webinar will be created in GoToWebinar and an email will be sent to all registered users who have received invitations to join the webinar through email.
