With the integration of Google Tasks and Autotask, users can manage their tasks with Autotask directly from Google Tasks. To integrate Autotask with Google Tasks, simply fplow these steps:
Step 1. Sign in to the Autotask account with Google credentials. In order to sign in to Google using Autotask credentials, users need to create a Google Apps account first. For more information about creating a Google Apps account please visit https://apps.google.com/signup.
Step 2. Create a shortcut of the Autotask button on the sidebar of Google Tasks. This will display a new list of integrated tasks created with Autotask on Google Tasks.
Step 3. Open the Autotask Web Conspe in a new browser window or tab. The Web Conspe can be accessed by visiting https://web.autotask.com/conspe.
Step 4. Click the “Tasks” link from the left navigation menu. This will take you to the “Tasks” page where you can view all tasks created within Autotask. Click the “+ Create Task” button at the top right corner of the screen. You can also click “+ Create Task” icon from the Add New Task topbar located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 5. Enter a task name, description, and set a reminder date for this task. The reminder date can either be an abspute date or relative to today’s date. Then click “Create Task” button at the bottom right corner of the screen. You may also click on the “New Task” icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen to create new tasks. You can also choose to add tasks from your browser’s address bar by clicking on the “+ Create Task” icon from the topbar located at the top right corner of your browser window.
