Hello, my name is Scott Smith. I am a student at the University of California at Berkeley studying Business Administration with a focus on Finance. In this paper, I will discuss some of the benefits of integrating Google Contacts and Paymo as an online service for many different applications. First, I will give a brief description of what Google Contacts and Paymo are. Then, I will go into detail about how they would be integrated to benefit the user. Lastly, I will talk about why I believe this integration is a good idea.

Google Contacts is a free email service owned by Google, Inc. that offers a convenient way to store contact information on line. It allows users to synchronize their contact information from different email accounts and maintain a single address book. In addition, it allows users to import information from other programs such as Outlook or Palm Desktop. Users can also edit contact information on line using its web interface, then synchronize it back to their computer. Google Contacts makes it easy to keep both personal and business contacts separate. They have added features such as a “favorites” list and a “contacts search” function to increase convenience. Users can choose to synchronize their addresses with their desktop applications by using the software program called “Google Sync” (1.

Paymo is an online service that takes care of business expenses. The standard version of Paymo allows users to enter and track all business expenses for tax filings and year-end reports (2. Users can also connect their bank accounts and credit cards to Paymo to create even more financial options. This gives users an easy way to keep track of their expenses and make sure they do not miss any tax deductions or credits. The advanced version of Paymo adds many new features such as tracking mileage and travel expenses and managing and importing online receipts (3.

Based on my research, it appears that there is a great potential for integrating Google Contacts and Paymo as an online service for many different applications. Integration would allow users to seamlessly enter their business expenses into both Google Contacts and Paymo without having to manually sync between the two programs. This would also serve as another selling point for Paymo because it would be able to integrate with several other popular services such as Google Contacts and Gmail. For example, users could import their Google Contacts into Paymo and use Paymo’s email and text message reminder and approval features during the approval process. This would also speed up the approval process because they would not have to spend time entering data into Paymo separately from Google Contacts. It would also provide users with a way to automatically sync their Google Contacts with their phone without having to download any extra software or manually transfer data between the two programs. Overall, integrating Google Contacts and Paymo would be beneficial for both parties invpved because it gives users an alternative way to keep track of their business expenses outside of Paymo’s product.
