Integration of Google CloudPrint and Zoho Creator

Cloud printing is a new way of printing from your computer. Google Cloud Print is one of the most popular cloud printing services. Zoho Creator is a web-based application that allows you to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, surveys and more and publish them on the web. Zoho Creator also allows integration with Google CloudPrint which will be discussed in the second section. Google Cloud Print is an easy-to-use service that allows users to print anywhere they have access to a networked printer. It gives users the ability to print wirelessly from any location as long as they have Internet access. Google Cloud Print allows users to print documents, photos and web pages from their desktops, laptops, netbooks, smart phones or tablets to a printer.

Google Cloud Print is a web-based system that allows users to view their printers from any web browser. Once users have registered for Google Cloud Print, they can print from any device that is connected to the Internet. To print from a device, simply go to www.google.com/cloudprint and install the application onto the device. Then, when a user wants to print something, they can either go to www.google.com/cloudprint or open the Google Cloud Print app on their device. After selecting the printer that needs to be printed to, users select what they want to print and Google Cloud Print sends a print job directly to the printer. Google Cloud Print supports both USB and IP connected printers. If a printer does not support IP over USB (most don't), then the printer needs to be connected to an Ethernet port. In order for the printer to connect via IP, it will need to support either DHCP or PPPoE. In addition, it is important to note that Google Cloud Print only works on a limited number of printers. It is currently being used by HP, Brother, Canon, Epson and Samsung printers.

Zoho Creator is a web-based application that allows users to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, surveys and more and publish them on the web. Users can also integrate Google Cloud Print into Zoho Creator which will allow them to print directly from the Zoho Creator application onto their printers without having to leave the application. This integration between Zoho Creator and Google Cloud Print is very helpful because it allows users to print directly on their networked printers without having to leave the application they are using. To integrate Google Cloud Print into Zoho Creator, users just need to go into Zoho Creator's settings menu and add their printers from there. The printers will automatically be added and users will be able to print documents on their networked printers without leaving the application.
