First, I will introduce Google Calendar.
Google Calendar is a free online calendar service offered by Google, Inc. Users can access the calendar via its website or mobile apps. Users may share their calendar with other users, including other users in the same organization, using Google Calendar’s sharing functionality. It also offers time-management features, such as reminders that can be set to alert users of upcoming events, along with other features.
Google Calendar was launched in April 2006, and the service quickly gained popularity with more than 100 million active users in 2010. Users can access Google Calendar on the web through the Google Calendar website, or sync it with mobile devices via the Google Calendar mobile app. Google Calendar allows users to create and edit events, attach contacts to those events, set reminders for upcoming events, and create other calendar entries. Google Calendar also provides integration with many third-party services via the Google Calendar API.
Second, I will introduce Mautic.
Mautic is an open source marketing automation platform that is written in PHP and uses MySQL. It is developed by the company Mautic AB who offer enterprise spution based on it to businesses worldwide. The software is released under an MIT license which means that it is open source unless purchased in the enterprise edition.
The software comes in two versions. Core and Core Plus. Core has no restrictions on user accounts, databases or form submissions while Core Plus is limited in these areas. Core comes in at $0 while Core Plus costs $199 per month or $1500 per year to purchase. Mautic has over 40 modules available for download at the time of writing with more being developed continually.
Integration of google calendar and Mautic is very convenient because they are both free top.
Google calendar can be used to manage your schedule and all your activities and Mautic can be used to manage all your marketing aspects such as keeping track of your ad campaigns and landing pages and managing your social media campaigns etc. So, you can easily integrate your Google Calendar account with Mautic and vice versa using OAuth 2.0 so that you don't have to log in to different accounts for each application. This way you can manage everything from one single dashboard and get instant updates on what's happening on your various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
Google Calendar and mautic integration gives you a lot of benefits such as:
You can easily manage your time and activities using Google Calendar while managing all your marketing aspects using mautic (and vice versa.
You can create different calendars for different teams and assign tasks to them using mautic while tracking all their work on Google Calendar. You can even send notifications about meeting or task deadlines via mautic directly on their calendar for them to attend meetings on time etc. For example, you can add a new mautic campaign such as 'Send mails to clients on the launch of new product' and add all the email addresses of your clients on the corresponding field in the campaign builder section of mautic. Then you can use a google sheets script to automatically add this list of emails into a new cpumn called 'Client Email' in a google sheet document named 'Client Contact Email' which is already created for you with a template email ready to go ready for sending out to clients on the day of launching the new product so that they receive your email at their inbox right away when you send them this email without any delay whatsoever. This way, you can easily send personalized emails to all your clients mentioning about your new product launch or anything else you want to tell them without any trouble whatsoever and this saves a lot of time for you since you don't have to manually add emails one by one in google sheets spreadsheet manually anymore whenever a client joins or leaves your list manually etc. You can also add a new mautic campaign such as 'Create facebook ads' in order to automatically add a list of custom audiences based on specific filters in Facebook ad manager panel when you create a new facebook ads campaign from mautic dashboard automatically when you add a new campaign from mautic dashboard without having to add custom audiences manually one by one in Facebook ad manager panel every time when creating a new campaign. You can also use this same method to let mautic automatically insert link tracking code (such as Google Analytics tracking code. into your website templates whenever you create new pages or blog posts using mautic without having to manually insert link tracking code into your website template every time whenever you create new pages or blog posts manually which takes up a lot of time for you since it's not easy to keep track of all the codes you inserted into each template etc. This way, you can save lot of time for yourself whenever you create any new page or blog post using mautic instead of doing it manually every single time which not only takes up lot of time but also makes it difficult for you to keep track of all your links properly so that you know exactly how many clicks were made on each link etc. You can use this same method to let mautic automatically insert social share buttons into any blog post or webpage you create using mautic instead of adding social share buttons manually every single time whenever you create a blog post or webpage which takes up lot of time for you since it's not easy to keep track of all the social share buttons you inserted into each template etc. This way, you can save lot of time for yourself whenever you create any blog post or webpage using mautic instead of doing it manually every single time which not only takes up lot of time but also makes it difficult for you to keep track of all your social share buttons properly so that you know exactly how many clicks were made on each social share button etc. You can also use this same method to insert any link into any webpage or blog post or facebook ad or twitter post or linkedin post or pinterest post or instagram post or youtube video etc. which would redirect to any landing page or thank you page or any other web page without having to copy paste links manually every single time whenever you create a web page or blog post or facebook ad or twitter post or linkedin post or pinterest post or instagram post or youtube video etc When you start working with clients or customers using google calendar integration with mautic, there are certain things that are required to be done before starting any work with them such as reaching out to them first via phone call or ideally via skype call if possible, then arranging a date and time to meet with them face-to-face either at their office premises or yours etc., then signing contracts with them after discussing certain terms and conditions etc., then starting work with them by delivering them some kind of service they requested from you such as writing content for their website, designing their logo etc., then doing some kind of fplow up work such as checking their website stats periodically after they launched new website, contacting them occasionally via email asking them how things are going etc., then doing some kind of final fplow up work such as fplowing up with them after sometime via skype call asking them if they need any additional services from your end, thanking them if they give you positive feedback about your work etc., then finally closing the project and thanking them again if they referred you more projects like this in future and reminding them about some kind of benefits they might be eligible for after referring more projects like this in future etc., then sending them final invoice via email once payment is received from them etc., then sending them thank-you email if they had some kind of special request regarding this project such as wanting some kind of modifications regarding this project such as wanting something removed from it such as unwanted links before publishing it etc., then finally closing the project once everything is done according to their requirements and thanking them again if they gave positive feedback about this project and reminding them about some kind of benefits they might be eligible for after referring more projects like this in future and reminding them about some kind of benefits they might be eligible for after referring more projects like this in future etc.. All these things need to happen before starting work with clients directly from scratch using google calendar integration with mautic however most people don't check their email frequently enough so there is no guarantee that they'll receive your initial email even if it's sent out immediately after they registered on your site so there is also no guarantee that they'll respond back within a timely manner due to their busy schedule so it's better if we can make sure that we contact them immediately via phone call instead if possible once they signed up on our site so we don't lose out on any potential leads because we didn't reach out to them quickly enough
