Appy Pie Connect brings together Triggers (like "New Email") and Actions (like "Send Email") to complete an action in one app whenever a trigger occurs in another. To integrate the Gmail app at Appy Pie Connect, search and select the app from the app directory available at Appy Pie Connect. Choose the service required and press Continue to move further ahead with integration.

If you are using a single Gmail account for connecting different apps at Appy Pie Connect, then we will ask for the permission to connect the same account or use another account for integration purposes.

I want multiple files to get zipped when downloading from my email
Currently, Appy Pie Connect can help the user to download all the files from the email separately. Multiple files can be downloaded at same time but without getting them zipped. It is the functionality of Appy Pie Connect that delivers multiple files without any compression to the user.
Can HTML Messages work as Gmail Triggers?
Yes, in Appy Pie Connect Gmail Triggers has fields for HTML as well as for plain text messages.
Can I use Appy Pie Connect to send HTML messages from Gmail?
Yes, just set the “Body Type” field to HTML and the rest will be taken care of by Appy Pie Connect.
I am unable to send Emails from Gmail Account?
To send the emails from Gmail, there is a limit of sending 500 emails per day. This is done to prevent spamming content, also the same is done by Gmail as well. If you want to send marketing emails to a rather large proportion, then we will recommend you to use a dedicated email app such as Mailchimp.
Too many simultaneous connection
For now, simultaneously 15 connections are allowed in each account. Thus, you can use 15 apps with Gmail as a trigger app at once in Appy Pie Connect. Note: No other external app should be connected with the Gmail account which is being used in Appy Pie Connect.

I want to use Send Email action using an alias Email, but it is unavailable in dropdown
Alias set up may not have been formally added in G-Suite, to do so follow the steps given in the link: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=en
Gmail error: “To send a message, it needs at least one To, CC or BCC address”
This error may occur if the sender address is empty. To surpass this error there are two options available with Appy Pie Connect:
