Adobe Sign is an online e-signing service provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated. According to the website www.getadobesign.com, Adobe Sign provides a cloud-based spution that enables you to send invoices, agreements or any type of electronic document that requires signatures electronically, securely and with confidence. The process of signing up for Adobe Sign is very easy. All you have to do is sign up for an account on the site using your company email address. Once you are signed up, you will be given access to all Adobe Sign services including sending documents for signature, receiving signed documents and viewing signed documents. The process of sending a document for signature is quite simple as well. All you have to do is navigate to www.getadobesign.com, select the document that needs to be sent for signature and enter the recipient’s email address into the box provided. You will then be directed to Adobe Sign where you will have to create a signing session. This can be done by either selecting one of the pre-defined templates or creating your own template using the available options under “Signing Session” tab. Once you have created your signing session, the document will be sent to the recipient for signing. After the recipient has signed the document, they will have to click on “Submit” which will take them back to the Adobe Sign site. Once they are back on the Adobe Sign site, they will be presented with a notification that their signature has been accepted and the document will automatically be sent back to the sender for viewing and saving.
