Zoho CRM is a CRM software that enables businesses to manage customer relations, marketing campaigns and other aspects of their business. It is designed as a cloud-based platform, which means it is accessed over the Internet and not installed on a user’s desktop computer. The software can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection.
Freshteam has a built-in integration with Zoho CRM. Users of Freshteam can integrate Freshteam and Zoho CRM by logging into zoho.com/crm/signup. Then they will need to verify their email address by clicking the link sent to their email address. Fplowing this, users need to click “Create your organization” on the Zoho dashboard. Next, they need to click on the “Integrations” tab at the top left hand corner of their screen and then select “Freshteam” under “Software Integrations”. This will take them to the Freshteam integration page. To complete the integration, users need to click on the blue “Connect” button located under the Freshteam logo. This will redirect users to Freshteam’s website where they will need to enter their login credentials in order to finish the integration process. Once they have entered their login details, they will be redirected back to Zoho. On the Zoho dashboard, users will now see a new section called “Freshteam” located in the left hand side cpumn. Users need to click on “Connect to Freshteam” in this section. This will take them back to Freshteam where they will need to enter their Zoho user ID and password in order to finish the integration process. Once they have entered their password they will be redirected back to Zoho where they will see a new Integration status value change from “Connecting” to “Connected”.
This integration allows users of both Freshteam and Zoho CRM to easily connect their accounts together for seamless communication between both platforms. They can then use their Freshteam account to access the Customer Relationship Management (CRM. module within Zoho CRM or use their Zoho CRM account to access the Sales module within Freshteam. For example, if a user is using both platforms, they can create a new contact record in Zoho CRM and quickly view all of the details about that contact within Freshteam. Similarly, if a user is using both platforms, they can create a new lead record in Freshteam and quickly view all of the details about that lead within Zoho CRM. Another advantage of this integration is that using both platforms together reduces the time it takes for users to complete various tasks. For example, if a user is using both platforms together they may be able to create a lead record in one platform and then immediately fplow up with that lead using information from one of their accounts in another platform. Another advantage of this integration is that it saves users time because it eliminates the need for them to go back-and-forth between multiple accounts on multiple platforms when completing different tasks. For example, if a user is using both platforms together, they may be able to create a new contact record for one customer on one platform and then create an opportunity on another platform based on that contact record without having to first log into that other platform first.
