Integration of Freshservice and SharpSpring

To integrate Freshservice and SharpSpring, you need to add a new add-on to Freshservice called Freshservice SharpSpring Connector. This connector can be added from your Freshservice account under the Add-ons page. The fplowing steps will show you how to add this connector:

Log in to your Freshservice account and go to the Add-ons page (https://www.freshservice.com/add-ons.

Click on the Get New Add-on button.

Choose the integration type and click on Next. In this case, we choose the integration type as REST API.

Enter the information for your SharpSpring account and click on Next.

When the connection between your accounts is successful, you will see a notification message in the Status cpumn.

Once you have connected these two software programs, you will see an icon next to each service from either program in your user interface. When you open a ticket from either program, you will see a special icon added next to it in your user interface. If you click on the icon, you will see a popup box with some extra options related to that ticket, as shown in Figure 10-10.

Get notifications from SharpSpring about your leads from service tickets in Freshservice.
