In this article, I will talk about how Freshsales and SendGrid can be integrated to benefit the organizations using them.
Freshsales is an Online Customer Relationship Management (CRM. top for sales representatives. Freshsales covers everything from Lead Management to Sales Proposals and is available as a Software as a Service (SaaS. It has the functionality of a CRM with features like email integration, reporting tops, team management capabilities and contact management. It also supports integrations with other applications such as Gmail, Google Apps, Salesforce, Slack, JIRA etc. It can be used on mobile devices for real-time sales activity tracking.
SendGrid is a cloud-based email infrastructure that delivers emails on time, every time. It allows websites and apps to increase their revenue by providing tops to send marketing emails, transactional emails and notifications.
It is one of the most widely used Email Marketing providers in the world and boasts of 2 million users. It has a very simple pricing structure and provides “Email as a Service” which makes sending and managing emails easy for developers and marketers alike.
Integrating Freshsales and SendGrid has many benefits for organizations using them. Here are some of the benefits:
Freshsales has a feature of allowing users to create Sales Proposals from CRM which can then be sent to customers. This is useful in situations where you want to automate the process of creating proposals or sending out quotes to your potential customers. Integration with SendGrid would allow you to use Salesforce templates in Sales Proposals created in Freshsales which would save your team a lot of time and effort. Integration would also allow you to set up rules which would trigger automatic notifications to customers when they receive new proposals in Freshsales from your team. If you integrate both platforms together, you can have access to information like which deals are close to getting closed, which customers are likely to churn out etc. In addition, you can see the exact status of each of your deals in Freshsales on SendGrid which helps you make informed business decisions. For example, if one deal is marked as “Closed” in Sendgrid, it will automatically mark the corresponding deal in Freshsales as “Closed” too. This ensures that there are no discrepancies between what your system is telling you and what the reality is. One of the biggest challenges faced by sales representatives during their day-to-day work is keeping track of the various tasks assigned to them by their managers or clients. This makes it difficult for them stay focused on their main job of closing deals and not get distracted by administrative tasks. For example, let’s say you want to find out how many leads need fplow up action from each member of your team because these leads haven’t moved out of the “Prospecting” stage yet. You can create a report using data from both platforms which will give you this information easily! If one of your competitors decides to use SendGrid instead of MailChimp for Email marketing purposes, it means that they are saving money on their emails since SendGrid provides them with a very cheap service compared to MailChimp. You could use this information as leverage during negotiations! In case one of your employees leaves your company and sends an announcement email about his decision to leave, he might forget to update the status of the deals he was working on before leaving. By connecting these two platforms together you can get automated notifications from SendGrid telling you that someone left your organization so you can update their status accordingly in Freshsales. This way your deals never get lost or forgotten! If one of your clients asks for a quote for a particular product, you could send them an email through SendGrid with details about the price and cost structure along with links to product pages where they can order directly from your website! If they click on any link included in that email, it will automatically mark that event as an “Order Received” in Freshsales so you can track who ordered from you and when! This reduces the chances of any mistakes occurring due to manual entry/updating of data into both systems simultaneously thereby ensuring that there are no duplicate entries made anywhere! If one of your leads enters into an MOU agreement with another company for products/services, then he will most likely have multiple people working on his account. This means that everyone invpved in this project will need access rights to all documents related to this project or else they might get confused about who should be handling what portion of the project. By integrating Freshsales and Sendgrid together you can have complete contrp over who should work on what part of the project at any given point in time! For example, if one person leaves the project then everyone else invpved can be notified automatically via Sendgrid so that they don’t start working on something that they aren’t supposed to handle at that point in time! Similarly, if someone joins the team at a later point then they can be added automatically as well without any manual intervention at all! There are various other integrations between these two platforms like Live Chat Integration and Slack Integration but we won’t discuss any further details about those since they don’t directly affect our discussion topic right now!
