  • Create opportunities faster with Miro’s contact import feature:

The integration of Freshsales and Miro enables you to import contacts from Miro into your Freshsales account quickly and easily. You can first create a list of leads in Miro and then quickly import the list into Freshsales. This will save you lots of time because you won’t have to enter each lead manually into the system. And the most important thing – the integration of both apps will allow you to keep track of all your contacts.

  • Use Freshsales to track emails sent by your sales team:

Another useful feature of the integration of Freshsales and Miro is the ability to track emails sent by your sales team. You can use this feature to see who sent an email and when it was sent. This way you can check whether your employees are fplowing the company’s emailing etiquette. Moreover, you can use this feature to monitor how many emails are being sent out by an individual sales rep each day. If your sales people send too many emails each day, it may negatively affect their performance. That’s why you should use this feature to determine what amount of emails is acceptable for each member of your team. Once you find the right amount of emails per day, you can set a reminder in Freshsales so that each member of your team knows how many emails they can send per day.

  • Schedule your emails using the Miro-Freshsales integration:

Another useful feature of integrating Freshsales and Miro is the ability to schedule emails in advance. You can use this feature to arrange meetings or send out appointment reminders to different members of your team at different times during the day. For example, if you want a reminder email to be sent at 8 AM, 6 PM and 10 PM, you can set three separate appointments in Freshsales (one for 8 AM, one for 6 PM and one for 10 PM. Then you can create an email message for each appointment in Miro. When you’re done creating the message for each appointment in Miro, simply click on the “Save Email” button in the top right corner of the window and save each message in a separate tab in Miro. Once you’ve saved all the messages in Miro, simply click on each tab in Miro and copy the message from each tab into a new email draft in Freshsales. After that, simply send the email from Freshsales at the appropriate time (you can do this by clicking on the “Send Email” button in the upper right corner of a blank email draft. This way your recipients won’t receive multiple duplicate messages – they will only receive one message sent at the proper time. This feature will help you eliminate wasted time spent on sending reminder emails unnecessarily and give your recipients only messages they really need to read!

  • Share contacts with other members of your team:

The integration of Miro and Freshsales also allows you to share contacts with other members of your team without leaving the application interface. First, open the contact that you want to share in Miro, click on “Share Contact” in the top right corner of the window and then choose “Export Contacts” from the drop-down menu that appears next to “Share Contact” in the middle of the screen. Next, select “Copy To Clipboard” from the same drop-down menu that appeared when you clicked on “Export Contacts” in step 2 above (this will copy the contact information into your clipboard. Now, go to Freshsales and open a new blank email draft, click on “Insert Contact” in the upper left corner of your screen (it looks like a little person icon. and then paste the contact information from your clipboard into a blank email draft in Freshsales. When done, click on “Send Email” in the top right corner of your screen and send off the email message into cyberspace! This way you can share contacts easily with other members of your team who might need them!

  • Set reminders using Miro’s due date feature:

The integration of Freshsales and Miro also gives you the ability to set reminder dates using Miro’s due date feature. This way you can easily keep track of important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, wedding dates etc., without having to remember them! Just create an appointment in Freshsales with a due date attached to it and then enter any pertinent information about that date into the appointment itself (like names, birthdays or other information. Then go back into Miro, create an empty email draft for that appointment and attach it to that appointment by clicking on “Attach Message” in the upper right corner of an empty email draft window (it looks like someone attaching a paper clip icon. Then save that draft by clicking on “Save Draft” at the very bottom of Miro window next to “Attach Message” (it looks like a floppy disk icon. After that, all you have to do is click on “Send Email” in Freshsales to send off that reminder email! This way you can easily remind yourself when important events are coming up!
