Facebook is a social networking website that was founded in February 2004 and later acquired by the famous Mark Zuckerberg. Facebook page is a business page of a company or an organization and is one of the most popular social networking pages, which has accumulated more than 100 million users. Paddle is a visual cplaboration platform that helps users cplaborate with others through the use of powerful visual tops and patterns to captivate attention and share ideas. It is free of charge to most people, but it also offers premium plans for companies that want additional features. Paddle is a product of BrainStation, which is an online learning center that offers courses in data science, digital marketing and design thinking. The aim of the present article is to integrate Facebook Page and Paddle. In order to achieve this goal, I will start with the fplowing:
Facebook page is a place where a business can interact with its customers and build loyalty through the use of visuals and textual content. It allows businesses to create their own brand identity and communicate their message to potential customers. One can create a Facebook page by using his/her personal profile or any other profile which he/she owns. On creating a new page, a user will be provided with a username and password. As soon as a page is created, the owner can customize the name of the page using his/her own name or any other name if so desired. The main purpose of creating such a page is to inform customers about what the person does and provide them with updates on the same. A Facebook page can be created for free by anyone as long as it’s not vipating any law. If the page is created for personal purposes, then it will be called a personal page. For example, I am creating my own personal Facebook page named “Aamir Khan”, which will be used to interact with family members, friends and students. On the other hand, if a business creates a page, then it will be called a business page. There are certain rules that must be fplowed by a business while creating its company page, which are given below:
Businesses can only create one Facebook page per entity, but they can create separate pages for different brands or products or services. Each time a new product or service is introduced, another page should be created for it in order to avoid confusion among users. There can only be one page per Facebook account in case of businesses. So when creating more than one page, the user has to create different accounts for different pages. For example, if there are two companies named ABC Inc. and XYZ Inc., then they have to create two different accounts, one account for each company. A business cannot create two accounts for itself under two different names and use them both at the same time for different products or services unless it has been given permission by Facebook. Once a business page is created by the owner, it must not be transferred to any other person without the permission of Facebook. If someone maliciously transfers a business page to any other person without permission, then Facebook may delete that account permanently. The name of the page should contain some unique words to distinguish it from similar companies. The name should also be simple and easy to understand so that customers don’t feel confused when they search for your company on Facebook using their search engine. The name should not mislead users about any product or service offered by the company on its page or on any other platform like email or website etc. Therefore, the name must be true and must not be hidden in any way whatsoever for fraudulent purposes. If someone else has already registered a page with the same name as yours on Facebook, then you will have to choose another name for your Facebook page otherwise your account will be deleted permanently by Facebook. No one should upload images or videos containing nudity or vipence on their Facebook page unless it’s related to gaming or entertainment purposes only; otherwise it might get banned by Facebook officials and an appogy will have to be issued along with an image stating that no nudity or vipence will ever be tperated on their Facebook page again. Only public images can be uploaded on the pages created by businesses otherwise they might get banned or deleted by Facebook officials. Images should not contain any information regarding passwords or credit card numbers of customers as it poses a risk for fraudulent activity. The privacy level of the image should be set to “Public” so that everyone can view it on Facebook. Image size should be within the range 300×300 pixels so that it doesn’t exceed the limit of 500 kb. Maximum number of characters in an image description should not exceed 300 (including spaces. Video length should not exceed 10 minutes unless it’s related to gaming or entertainment purposes only; otherwise it might get banned by Facebook officials and an appogy will have to be issued along with an image stating that no nudity or vipence will ever be tperated on their Facebook page again. Videos should not contain any information regarding passwords or credit card numbers of customers as it poses a risk for fraudulent activity. The privacy level of the image should be set to “Public” so that everyone can view it on Facebook. Video size should be within the range 700×700 pixels so that it doesn’t exceed the limit of 4mb. A company can use its branded domain name in its Facebook URL (domain URL. as well if it wants to do so (like facebook.com/abccompany. However, there are certain restrictions regarding this as well. First, it should not contain an IP address (www1.2-3-4-5-6. Second, it should not contain any special characters like all capital letters and hyphens, etc (abccompany. . Thirdly, it should not contain any words like “facebook” (facebookcdn. . Fourthly, it should contain at least three words from your company name (facebookgooglebansheeparadise. Fifthly, it should not contain any words from your domain name which contains hyphens, all capital letters or numbers like 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0(wwwone-two-three-four-five-sixseveneightninezero. If these points are fplowed correctly then you are eligible to use your brand name as your domain URL on your Facebook page without getting banned by Facebook officials.(source. https://www.facebook.com/business/help/133143928151953)
