This is a very interesting assignment as it invpves the integration of two websites. Facebook Page is a website that will be used to create a page for a company or business and Gravity Forms is a plug-in that will be used to create a contact form on the website. The article will show how to integrate Facebook Page and Gravity Forms together so that visitors can fill out the contact form directly from the Facebook Page, making it easier for them to reach the company or business owner.
The first thing that needs to be done is to install the Gravity Forms plug-in on a WordPress website. There are a couple of steps to fplow to install the plug-in on a WordPress website. First, it has to be downloaded from the WordPress website and then uploaded into the wp-content/plugins fpder under the root directory. Then, go to the WordPress admin panel and click on Plugins > Add New. In the search box, type in "gravity forms" and press Enter. The search results should show Gravity Forms plugin. Select it and click Install Now. Then click Activate Plugin. Finally, go back to the Plugins page and click on Gravity Forms. In the General Settings tab, select a Form Title and Form Header Text. Here, the Form Title will be used as the title of the contact form while Form Header Text will be used as the header of the contact form. After that, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
After installing Gravity Forms on a WordPress website, it's time to integrate Facebook Page with Gravity Forms so that visitors can fill out the contact form directly from Facebook Page instead of accessing the contact form from another site. To do this, go to Facebook Page > Activity Log > Edit Page Info > Edit Settings > Basic Information tab. In the Contact Information section, check Show Contact Information and select Yes in the drop-down menu below it. Make sure that "Contact Information Is Visible To Everyone" is checked as well.
After completing this step, users can now see a contact form on Facebook Page. This next step is to set up a custom URL for Facebook Page so that users can access it easily from any social media site even if they don't have an account with Facebook. To do this, go to Facebook Page > General Information tab > Custom Links tab > Custom Redirect URL textbox and enter www.mydomainname.com/contact-form/ or http://mydomainname.com/contact-form/. Then press Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Now, when users want to fill out the contact form on Facebook Page, they can just go to www.facebook.com/mydomainname and they will automatically be directed to www.mydomainname.com/contact-form/. If they don't want to use the default URL, they can use personalized URLs such as www.facebook.com/mydomainname/?fb_source=contact_form_page&ref=bookmarks or www.facebook.com/mydomainname/contact-form/?fb_source=contact_form_page&ref=bookmarks or https://www.facebook.com/mydomainname/contact-form/?fb_source=contact_form_page&ref=bookmarks.
After setting up all of these things, there should be no problem in creating a contact form on Facebook Page and integrating it with Gravity Forms so that visitors can fill out the contact form directly from Facebook Page instead of accessing the contact form from another site.
