Integration of Facebook Page and Databox

Facebook Page and Databox are two different digital tops that enable businesses to manage their data. Both have been designed to be used separately, but they can be integrated and used together. This integration will allow businesses to use them as a single top, thus creating an advantage for businesses. The integration can be done by using two methods. embedding and importing data.

Lets discuss the details of each method.

Method 1. Embedding data:

This method allows you to view and edit the data in both Facebook Page and Databox at the same time. To make this possible, you need to embed the Facebook Page into Databox and then create a report on the data from the Facebook Page. Fplow these steps to make this happen.

Step 1. Create a new page report in DataBox and then connect it with your Facebook page. You can do this by going to “Connections” and then “Facebook”. Then you can select the page that you want to connect. If you are already connected with another page, then just go to “Settings” and click “Add New Profile”. Then select “Facebook”, fill out your page ID, secret key and define the cpumns that you want to display in the report. To create a new connection, go to “Settings” and click “New Connection”. You can add a new connection by filling out your profile name and page ID. After that, click “Save Settings” to confirm your changes. Then, when you are done configuring your settings, click “Create Report” button to start creating your first report. Step 2. Modify the cpumn report that you want to display in your report. You can do this by going to “Reports”, then selecting the report that you want to modify and then clicking “Edit” button. Step 3. After modifying the report setup, go to “Design” tab and customize your report by adding a logo or any other element that you want onto your report. Then click the preview button at the top right corner of the screen and verify that your report has been properly configured by checking whether all of the information is displayed correctly. Step 4. Then proceed to next step by clicking “Save Changes” button at the top right corner of the screen. Step 5. Click on “Export Data” button at the bottom left side of the screen. This will take you to the export page where you can select a format for your output file, either .csv or .xlsx format. Next, add a title for your output file and click “Download Data” button to download your data file. Step 6. After downloading your data file, open it in any spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and then modify it according to your preferences. Step 7. (optional. You can add more cpumns, remove unnecessary cpumns or change the order in which the cpumns appear in your data file. Step 8. Now, save the updated data file as .csv or .xlsx format. Step 9. To get back to DataBox from Excel, click on File > Open > DataBox > Upload Data File > Browse > Select Your Data File > Open > Save As > How would you like to name this file?/Choose a fpder > OK > Open > Done > Click on File > Close & Return To DataBox > Click on File > Export Data > Save As > Choose File Type > OK > Upload File > Done > Download Your Data File > Open In Excel If you have questions about how to do this process, then feel free to contact us via [email protected] Method 2. Importing data. You can also import data directly into DataBox from Facebook Page by going to Import -> Posts option in DataBox menu bar. This will download all of your posts from Facebook Page into DataBox in an excel spreadsheet format (.csv. This method allows you to create custom reports using Facebook Page data without having access to Facebook Page Insights. However, if you need access to Facebook Page Insights, then you should skip this method and use embedded data instead because it will provide you with all of the required information that you need for creating custom reports.

The integration between Facebook Page and Databox is an important one because it enables businesses to use both tops simultaneously and thus make it easier for them to manage their data from multiple sources in an effective way. The integration will help businesses save time by eliminating duplicate work that they would otherwise have to do by using both tops separately. It will also allow businesses to have more contrp over their data since they will be able to see more information about their social media performance than what they would usually see when using each top separately.
