First of all, I would like to mention that my article is about integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Google Ads. This term is used in several spheres, but for my article I use it in the context of advertising software.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an application developed by Microsoft which can be used in various areas of business, such as sales management, customer relationship management, product management or marketing support. It is a system that is made up of various parts, such as business process, back office data management, business intelligence, applications and the Internet. It allows organizations to manage their customers and prospects more effectively.

Google Ads is an online advertising service provided by Google to serve advertisements on web pages. Google Ads generates revenue by selling advertisements. Most of the websites using Google’s AdSense service are small businesses and individuals who want to generate additional income. Google Ads allows website publishers to display text-based ads on web pages in a similar way to search engine results pages.

As I mentioned above integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Google Ads means that both systems work together. For example, one can generate leads or make sales directly from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform with the help of Google Ads. Integration of these two platforms can be done on different levels. On the highest level one can integrate the whpe system, which means that all processes start from the beginning. However, there is no need to do it like this because there are cases when integration does not require changing the existing system. In this case, integration has been implemented at a lower level, which means that both systems work separately, but they have been connected. For example, one can integrate Google Ads into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In this case, it means that Google Ads will be connected into Microsoft Dynamics CRM for a specific job – it will appear in a separate module inside the program. This integration may invpve synchronization of data between the two programs.

Integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Google Ads has its benefits and drawbacks. There are many benefits to using these two programs together. One can make effective use of each product separately as well as together. In this case integration will give users a better view of how their organization works as a whpe as well as give them a better understanding of how individual products work together for maximum effectiveness. There are also some drawbacks to using these two programs together, but they are less important than the benefits. The main drawback is that this integration requires time and money, so there must be a good reason for doing it.
