In order to integrate Dropbox and OpsGenie, you need to sign up for an account at https://app.opsgenie.com/sign_up/dropbox_integration_free/. After signing up, you will be prompted to log into your Dropbox account. After logging in, OpsGenie will generate a unique token for accessing files from your Dropbox account. This token can be found by going to Settings -> Account Info. You will then be able to select any fpder in your Dropbox account for integration with OpsGenie. Once selected, you can choose how you want to be notified about incidents. For example, you can be notified via email, SMS, phone call or push notification on mobile devices. You can also specify if you want to receive an alert only for critical issues or for all issues. At the time of writing this tutorial, OpsGenie supports sending email alerts only. However, support for sending SMS and phone call alerts is coming soon!
