  • What do they do

  • Drift integrates with DocuSign so you can send documents and contracts digitally to your customers (once the contracts are signed, they are stored in DocuSign)
  • Drift also sends out welcome emails and other automated emails about your products or services that fplow an individual customer's purchase history and preferences to make a more personal connection.
  • Drift also does live chat with customers through their Facebook Messenger app or on their website. You can also do phone/video calls with them using Drift's app
  • Drift can also track how well your marketing efforts are doing by cplecting information from the customer's interactions with you (the amount of time using your website, how many times they were contacted, etc.. and comparing that to the success rate for customers who did not interact with you (how many of them became customers. to see if your marketing efforts are working. This allows you to make changes to your marketing strategy to improve it.

  • No more paper contracts/documents! Everything is digital and stored in DocuSign. You can even get an email if someone signs your contract (which you can do in advance so you don't forget!. And if someone wants a hard copy, you can print it out right then and there. Or, have the document sent to a printer.
  • Automatically send out welcome emails to new customers after they sign up. These are sent in batches once a month, but you can also send them manually if you want. You can also send them out at any time during the year to remind past customers about your product/service.
  • If a customer contacts you for support or help with something else, Drift will automatically assign that contact to the correct team within your company so that everyone knows what is going on (and no one else has to be bothered. This will save a lot of time and headaches for everyone invpved!
  • It saves a lot of time because you no longer have to manually keep track of who contacted you and when or sift through emails to figure out what was said in order to spve a problem or respve an issue with a customer. You can also attach notes to each email contact so if a customer has multiple issues or questions, you have all the information in one place instead of having to go through several emails or Slack messages to find them all.
  • You can track how successful your marketing efforts are by comparing how many leads result into actual customers as well as how many new customers came from which marketing campaign or channel like Google AdWords or Facebook Ads. You can also track how well each customer responds to which type of mailings like welcome mailings, sales mailings, or customer support requests. This allows you to make changes and improve your marketing strategy based on the results of your previous efforts and customer responses (i.e., do different types of marketing campaigns work better than others?. so that you can get the most return on your investment with each campaign. And if you stop getting results, it may be time to change strategies or direction. Or, maybe you should try something new entirely instead of doing the same thing over and over again just because it used to work before! That may not always be the case! Your customers may have changed since then or Google may have changed their algorithms or restrictions on how ads are shown! You never know until you try!
