DocuSign is an electronic signature authentication service that enables users to sign and send documents electronically over the Internet. It was founded in 2003 by Tom Gonser, Steve Douty, and Keith Krach. Users can send a document to be signed back and forth between parties, making it easier to manage signatures on paper documents.
