Deskpro allows you to integrate with Twilio by creating an account on Deskpro. After creating an account, you can go to settings and fplow the instructions given there. You will be asked to enter your Twilio credentials and create two numbers for incoming calls. You can put any number there. Here we used 7777777777. Then choose which number should be used as a ‘primary’ number. This number will appear on your client’s Caller ID when they receive calls from your number. As soon as this step is completed, you will get a verification code to verify your Twilio account. In case you are using a different phone number, you can change that phone number from your account settings as well. Now you have successfully integrated your Twilio account with Deskpro and can start receiving calls from your clients through your Deskpro number.
