    • Accessibility. The integration makes both apps more accessible to team members who may not have access to both of them at the same time since the two apps are linked together. If a team member has a question about a task or a project, she can read through this information at her leisure without having to bother the person who assigned her this task. Integration of Databox and monday.com

The integration between Databox and monday.com allows users of both applications to view tasks from each application in one location without having to switch back and forth between the two apps. There are three ways that these applications can be integrated together. by integrating Databox into monday; by integrating monday into Databox; or by setting up bi-directional sync between Databox and monday (this option is only available for premium customers. We will now go over the benefits of each option.

    • Integration of Databox into monday (the best option). This option allows you to make certain tasks from Databox viewable within monday by adding them as “tasks” in monday under “my tasks”. This allows you to keep track of important deadlines within monday without having to switch back and forth between the two apps or access them individually. You can then view details about these tasks by clicking the “details” button next to each task in monday. By clicking this button, you’ll be taken to Databox where you’ll be able to see details about the task such as due date, start date, percent completed, completion estimate, comments, etc. You can also update these details directly from Databox by clicking the “update” button next to each field in Databox that needs updating (for example, you can click “update” next to the due date if that due date has changed. Additionally, you can edit other details about the task by clicking “edit” next to each field in Databox that needs editing (for example, you can click “edit” next to the title of the task or the name of the person assigned to it), although this will only edit the task itself in Databox since it will not affect its appearance within monday. Finally, if someone has assigned you a task within Databox but you don’t have access to that task within monday (since this option is only available for premium customers), then you can still view that task within monday by clicking “add new task” under “my tasks” in monday and then manually typing in the name of the task or selecting it from a list of existing tasks within Databox by clicking “see all tasks” under “my tasks” in Databox. The benefit of this option is that it allows you to view all of your tasks from both apps simultaneously in one place without having to toggle back and forth between them or access them individually. In addition, it allows you to update these details directly from either app without having to toggle back and forth between them or access them individually (by updating details from either app, these updates will appear in both apps since they have been integrated. The downside of this option is that it requires a premium account with Databox in order for you to be able to add tasks from Databox into monday (you cannot add these tasks if you have a free account), which means that some users may not have access to this option depending on their budget constraints or whether they have a premium account with Databox or not (they may need to upgrade their account in order for this option to be available. In addition, if someone has assigned you a task within Databox but you don’t have access to that task within monday (since this option is only available for premium customers), then this will not be reflected in monday since there is no way for you to manually add a task if this is the case (you will need a premium account with Databox in order for this option to be available. Finally, although this option works well when users have access to both apps at the same time, it may not work as well if they don’t have access to both apps at the same time since they won’t be able to update details about these tasks while offline (however, they should be able to update these details while online once they connect back with their device. Overall, this is the best option since it allows users of both apps to view all of their tasks from both apps simultaneously in one place without having to toggle back and forth between them or access them individually. It also allows users of both apps to update these details directly from either app without having to toggle back and forth between them or access them individually (by updating details from either app, these updates will appear in both apps since they have been integrated. However, this option does come with some limitations (it requires a premium account with Databox in order for you to be able to add tasks from Databox into monday [you cannot add these tasks if you have a free account], which means some users may not have access to this option depending on their budget constraints or whether they have a premium account with Databox or not [they may need upgrade their account in order for this option to be available]; if someone has assigned you a task within Databox but you don’t have access to that task within monday [since this option is only available for premium customers], then this will not be reflected in monday since there is no way for
