Customerly is a customer loyalty program that makes it easy for a business to offer rewards to their customers. Customerly offers businesses a robust reporting dashboard, which provides insights about their customers, and an API with which they can connect their point-of-sale system to their loyalty program.
Mautic is an open source CRM that emphasizes simplicity and ease of use. It’s built for marketers and small businesses who want better marketing tops without the complexity or cost. Mautic has integrations with popular services like MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. Mautic also offers eCommerce tracking and automation, allowing businesses to track when customers make purchases on their website, and automatically fplow up with them.
Mautic has the ability to connect to any loyalty program that allows you to export your data into a CSV file. There are many different ways in which you can do this depending on the loyalty program. For example, there is a CSV file that contains all of your loyalty program’s members. With this file, you can import these members into Mautic by doing the fplowing:
Go to Mautic’s admin panel and click on “Import Contacts”. An import wizard will appear on the screen, allowing you to choose which type of contact you want to import. Choose “Import from CSV File”. Click “Next Step”. Select the CSV file containing your loyalty program’s members, then click “Next Step” again. Check the box beside each attribute (i.e. email address. that you would like to import. You can choose up to five attributes per contact. Click “Import & Update Contacts”. This will take you to the next step where you can confirm the import settings and start the import process. Click “Finish Import and Refresh”, and your contacts will update accordingly.
Customerly has an integration with Mautic as well. However, it isn’t as simple as exporting a list of members from your loyalty program and importing them into Mautic. Instead, Customerly makes it possible for Mautic users to reward their customers for actions such as signing up for a newsletter or making a purchase on your website by using their points in Customerly to redeem rewards from Mautic, then allowing Mautic users to view these rewards in the Reports area within their account.
Here’s how you can set this up:
Go to the Mautic dashboard, and click on “Invite More Users to Your Mautic Account” under the “Social Accounts” section. This will take you to a page where you can invite a friend to get started with Mautic. When they sign up, they will automatically be added to your Mautic account through this invitation link. If they already have a Mautic account, they will be asked whether they want to add your Mautic account to theirs or if they want to create a new one. If they decide not to add yours to their account, you can invite them another time so that they can be added manually later on. Once your friend has accepted your invitation or has been manually added as an admin in your account, go back to the dashboard and click on “Integrations” under the “Account” section on the left hand side of the screen. Choose “Connect Application” from the dropdown menu under “Channels” on the left hand side of the page to get started with setting up the integration between Customerly and Mautic.
