With Kintone, you could create a professional business website and connect it with your business data automatically.   • Integration of Customerly 、and Kintone
  • To integrate Customerly 、with Kintone, you need to go through the fplowing steps:

    Step1. Go to the App Store on Kintone and search for “Customerly”,then click “Install” in the pop-up page. After the installation, the “Customerly”app will appear on your topbar in Kintone.

    Step2. Click "Customerly"on the topbar in Kintone. Press the “Connect Account” button on the pop-up page. Then you will see the “Customerly”page with your Customerly account information. Click the link “Sign in with Customerly”and enter your customerly account information (UserName/Password. to log in Customerly,then you will be redirected back to Kintone where you will see your account information in Customerly (including Company Name, Organization, Team name.

    Step3. Click the drop-down menu on the ribbon of your Company in Kintone and choose "Attach". On the pop-up page, choose "Customerly"and click "Choose". Then you will see all of your Accounts in Customerly are listed on the pop-up page. Click one of your accounts then click "OK" button to attach that account to Kintone. On the next page, press "Add". Then you have successfully integrated your Customerly account with Kintone!Now you can click the "View" button on the pop-up page beside each account to view all of your conversations in Customerly on Kintone.

    Step4. To be able to switch between accounts easily, press the drop-down menu on the ribbon of your Company in Kintone and choose "Switch". On the pop-up page, select "Customerly"and click "Choose". Then you will see all of your accounts are listed on the pop-up page. Click one of your accounts then click "OK" button to switch to that account.
