That is exactly what we did at my company! We integrated Customerly and Amazon DynamoDB and we got these benefits:
Efficient Database Management. As we already mentioned earlier, we were looking to integrate our existing database management top with Customerly . Our traditional methods of keeping data were not only time consuming but also required a lot of attention. However, through integration with Amazon DynamoDB , we are able to keep our data more efficiently. Quick Accessibility. With this integration, it became easier for us to access customer data whenever we needed it. Earlier it wasn’t so easy because we had to spend a lot of time finding the right information whereas now it is just a few clicks away. Scalability. The primary advantage of using Amazon DynamoDB is that it scales automatically. If the number of requests increases, then more capacity is automatically added to the cluster within seconds! This feature has ensured that our customers are never disappointed with our services. Reliability. Since it is hosted on the cloud, the data is always accessible no matter what happens. Additionally, since there is no need to maintain or upgrade hardware, there are no chances of downtime or issues with servers! Cost Efficiency. We no longer have to pay for hardware upgrades or maintenance costs for maintaining servers! Moreover, it provides us with almost unlimited capacity for storing data without paying any extra money!
Hence overall integration of Customerly and Amazon DynamoDB can be looked at as a great success!
