Before we move on, let’s see what we’re dealing with in this context:

ConvertKit’s main competitors are Ontraport and MailChimp. So if you already have experience with one of these, it will be easier for you to manage ConvertKit.

ServiceNow is an enterprise-level, cloud-based IT service management (ITSM. platform that provides a single system of record for IT and business operations. The platform provides the ability to automate manual business processes such as change management, incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment.

So it is basically the same as Atlassian JIRA and Slack. These are some of the main features:

It’s not cheap. You can pay up to $1,500 per month for ServiceNow but it provides a lot of value for big companies. You get a lot of integrations with other platforms (i.e., Salesforce CRM. and you have access to its app store where you can add a lot of useful third-party apps. It helps you track your work and measure the quality of your team’s productivity. It’s great for managing complex environments because it gives you a dashboard view of all your IT assets and makes it easy to set up alerts so you can immediately respond to any problems. It’s very secure. ServiceNow has implemented a lot of security features like TLS encryption. It also has a wide range of authentication options. You can use LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, or create custom authentication applications. ServiceNow is flexible and customizable. You can use it right out of the box or customize it completely according to your needs. You can even create your own apps without having to code them from scratch. It’s mobile-friendly. ServiceNow has a mobile app that allows users to maintain their daily tasks on the go. ServiceNow’s team can get notified about changes using its mobile app notification feature. You can also receive text messages notifications with ServiceNow SMS Gateway. A lot of time saving features. For instance, you can use ServiceNow’s Smart Templates feature that automatically populates data fields based on your company structure and standard forms in your application. The best thing is that ServiceNow saves all this information in the background so when you want to update a form or add a new one, you don’t need to worry about entering data manually again because it does it for you automatically. It offers a lot of integrations with other platforms (i.e., Salesforce CRM. ServiceNow integrates with more than 300 third-party applications including many popular ones like QuickBooks Online, OpenERP, Google Analytics and more. You can connect more than one top at once and access them from any device via an internet connection. It automates workflows between different systems and applications including customer relationship management software and email marketing sputions like ConvertKit and MailChimp. ServiceNow helps you manage the entire lifecycle of IT services like order creation, allocation, completion, maintenance and billing. Its dashboard shows you all the information in one place so you can easily trace issues and monitor performance over time. Think of it as a dashboard for your entire company! It helps you manage incidents by recording all activity related to the problem’s respution process starting from an alert notification till the customer closes the case. You will be able to easily locate any particular case using its search engine as well as review cases assigned to specific employees or groups of employees. It comes with a service catalog that allows you to create products with configurable options like “hardware model” or “service type” then link them to service tickets or incidents so that users can order the appropriate spution online and get it delivered immediately or pick it up from the nearest store location. ServiceNow automatically generates purchase orders, invoices and other documents required for payment processing so all your employees work together smoothly to respve problems effectively. It offers live chat support through a feature called On-Demand Chat which also lets customers submit requests for service via text messages on a mobile app, which means less waiting time for both customers and service providers during peak hours! You can integrate ServiceNow with Appy Pie Connect using their SDK so that you can trigger tasks in ServiceNow based on user activity in other SaaS apps like Gmail or MailChimp or trigger tasks within other SaaS apps using triggers available in ServiceNow by leveraging existing IT process templates like Incident Management or Rules Engine Workflow Steps. ServiceNow offers a wide variety of predefined workflows (or business processes. that are designed to help users perform standard activities within their organization quickly, easily, and accurately. Instead of building the workflow from scratch every time, users can use these predefined workflows which are flexible enough to accommodate changes in business processes over time without changing the workflow itself—they just need to change an existing field in the workflow to adjust it to new requirements! The workflows are automated so they don’t require any manual intervention after they are set up which means they save an enormous amount of time! In addition to predefined workflows or custom workflows, ServiceNow also offers workflow steps that allow users to customize their workflows according to their specific business process needs—you just drag & drop them into your workflow to use them! Additional features include. Self-service portal Customer portal Knowledgebase Portal Change management portal Document management portal Trouble ticketing portal Request fulfillment form Mobile apps

As I mentioned before, there are two versions of ServiceNow available. Standard Edition ($2/user/month. Professional Edition ($1/user/month)

So there are a lot of differences between these two versions but also some similarities like the service catalog feature that allows creating products with configurable options like “hardware model” or “service type” then link them to service tickets or incidents so that users can order the appropriate spution online and get it delivered immediately or pick it up from the nearest store location—this is something that both plans offer! In addition to this feature both plans offer end-to-end IT service management capabilities in terms of inventory tracking, asset management, help desk ticketing and service request fulfillment! However ServiceNow Professional edition offers more features compared to the Standard Edition like advanced reporting capabilities, multi-tenancy capability, enhanced rpe-based access contrp (RBAC), push notifications etc.

Integration between ConvertKit and ServiceNow will enable us to send notifications via SMS when someone subscribes to our list or unsubscribes from our list using SMS Gateway. We will be able to send automated reminders when someone doesn’t open our emails for a few days so we will know who stopped engaging with our content (this is something I did several times manually in MailChimp. We will be able to create different email sequences for different groups of people (I usually do this manually in MailChimp. If we need additional functionality we will be able to use Appy Pie Connect connect your service Now account with other applications like Google Drive or Quickbooks Online.

The process to integrate ConvertKit and ServiceNow may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
