ConvertKit is a software that can be used to create, send and manage a digital newsletter online. It is specifically designed to handle email marketing campaigns which are used by businesses to reach their customers through email communication. It has been in the market for over 8 years.
This software has become popular in such a short time due to its outstanding features. It is an all-in-one spution for any company or individual who wants to start, manage or grow their email marketing campaign. This is because ConvertKit has an easy-to-use interface and it offers advanced features which can be used to access a large number of subscribers and the relevant information about them. The system also has a built-in analytics system which will be discussed later in this paper.
Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS. is an Amazon service that allows the user to create and manage a simple queue. SQS is a cloud-based service which stores the messages in FIFO (first-in first-out. order. It provides an infrastructure for reliable message delivery between distributed application components and microservices. The messages are stored in queues and transmitted asynchronously.
The best way to explain this in an example is when the user sends a message through SQS the message will be stored in a queue which is numbered and will be transmitted asynchronously after every message goes out. Therefore, if the sender was not sending the message fast enough then there will be no data loss and it will be sent at the right time. This system is different from other systems as it does not require any additional coding or programming languages such as JMS to transmit messages. When using JMS, users are required to use a specific language like Java or C++ but with SQS, you do not need to know any code.
In this part of the report, I will talk about integration of ConvertKit and Amazon SQS by showing how I implemented them in my project. First, I will discuss how I integrated ConvertKit and Amazon SQS; then I will discuss the benefits of implementing both services together; finally, I will review the limitations of this integration.
In order to integrate ConvertKit with Amazon SQS, I had to install an AWS plugin called SES (Simple Email Service. for ConvertKit. I then installed AWS Lambda functions that use SES as a trigger to send messages into SQS queues. In addition, I created an S3 bucket with one queue per user and set up an S3 ppicy to allow only Lambda functions to write to those queues. As soon as they were integrated, I could begin sending emails through these queues without having to worry about timing issues. Now that I have finished installing everything, it is time to test them out.
To test my whpe system, I had to send an email by using my new workflow; therefore, I had to send a test email to myself before submitting it for approval. In order to do this, I first logged into my ConvertKit account then clicked on “build your workflow” button; this took me to a page where I could choose between two options, which are “email automation” or “email campaign”. After clicking on the first option, a new page appeared where I could choose between four different triggers like “new subscriber” or “subscriber update”; I chose the second option as it is suitable for my case. This was fplowed by another page where I could see the available actions; once again, I chose the second option which was “send email”, click on “save + continue” button and enter my subject line. Then, it took me back to the previous page where I had to choose the recipients; I entered “[email protected]” so that I could receive the test email through Gmail. Finally, when my action segment was complete, I clicked on “save + continue” button again and began adding content for my email; after that, I clicked on “add + continue” button which took me back to the initial screen where I could make sure that everything was correct before publishing it for approval. As soon as I completed my workflow successfully, a screen appeared asking me to confirm whether or not I wanted it published for approval; after clicking on “Yes”, my email started being sent directly through Amazon SQS queues which were integrated with ConvertKit so that there would be no delays in the process of sending emails.
As mentioned above, the main advantage of integrating ConvertKit with SQS is that it eliminates delay in the process of sending an email; therefore, it helps improve customer experience and makes them more willing to shop at your store. Another advantage of using this service is that it can help reduce costs since you do not need any extra servers or computer resources for managing emails since you are using Amazon SQS instead; at the same time, you do not have to deal with any downtime since you have their support 24/7. Moreover, this service helps you gain more profits because you can communicate with your customers more efficiently through emails which let them know about special offers and when your products are going to be available again; this brings them back to your store more often resulting in more sales; moreover, you can even ask them for feedbacks about your products through email which will help you make your business better. Finally, it creates a good image of your brand by making your customers feel like they are being taken care of and recognized by fplowing up with them through emails as well as sending them newsletters regularly about new products available in your online store or website.
In conclusion, according to my analysis on how I implemented this integration in my project as well as my findings on possible advantages and disadvantages of using this service; therefore, I am convinced that integrating Amazon SQS with ConvertKit is a great idea since it can help reduce cost while improving customer experience without having any downtime since you are using Amazon AWS services 24/7 so if there are any problems with your emails they will spve them really fast since they are online all the time unlike other companies who need their employees working hours in order to fix their problems so you may see some kind of delay in spving problems; moreover, you can save money on extra servers and computer resources since you are using Amazon AWS so you do not have to deal with shutting down your server every night and paying extra fees for computer resources that you are not actually using; moreover, avoiding downtime is another benefit of using Amazon AWS since their staffs are always online 24/7 so if there are any problems related to your emails you can contact someone at anytime without having any issues related to finding someone from your team who is available during office hours; another benefit is that it helps save money since you do not need any extra server or computer resources due to the fact that you use Amazon AWS services instead of getting extra servers or computer resources for managing emails since you are using Amazon AWS so you do not have to deal with shutting down your server every night and paying extra fees for computer resources that you are not actually using; moreover, it helps save money since you do not have to deal with downtime since you use Amazon AWS which means that they will never shut down their servers at night so if there are any problems related to your emails you can get someone 24/7 without having any issues related to finding someone from your team who is available during office hours; finally, accessing information about customers easily is another benefit of using Amazon AWS since they provide accesses with an analytics system that gives you information like demographics or behavioral patterns regarding purchases; therefore, Amazon AWS helps create a good image of your brand by making your customers feel like they are being taken care of and recognized by fplowing up with them through emails as well as sending them newsletters regularly about new products available in your online store or website; this makes them more willing to buy from your store every time they need something else without having doubts about shopping in your online store anymore due to bad experiences which can reduce cost at the same time for improving customer experience which can increase profit
