Shippit will review all complaints and vendor profiles carefully employing their algorithm in order to determine whether any action must be taken against them or not (i.e., dispute respution. Shippit will also give vendors optional training courses on how they can improve themselves in order to increase their chances of getting more satisfied customers (i.e., training programs. These courses will include tips on how vendors should present themselves on camera, how vendors should navigate around their shop, etc…etc… depending on how they intend on using the platform (i.e., vendors' education. Since every vendor is rated by their previous customers, Shippit can compare each vendor's ratings in order to determine who has been providing better service than others, thus allowing them to rank them higher on the list of vendors displayed on the dashboard for customers (i.e., ranking system. In addition to ranking vendors according to how well they have been doing recently, Shippit might also display a vendor's ranking history so that customers will have a better idea of how well vendors have been doing overall compared with others for reference purposes (i.e., vendor rankings. Shippit also allows vendors to share tips on how they can improve their business or how consumers can get more value out of their services (i.e., resource center. Customers might not always know where else they can go if they're not satisfied with their first vendor's service for example; therefore, vendors should be able to offer other alternatives for customers if they feel like other vendors would be better suited for them rather than themselves (i.e., other providers. This will give customers more options so that they won't feel like they're forced into buying something from someone if they don't like what the first vendor offers (i.e., consumer contrp. On top of offering alternative providers for customers, Shippit will also give customers ways to save money while using their services without sacrificing quality (i.e., coupons. Coupons could include discounts based on certain criteria such as buying multiple items together or paying for shipping once rather than paying for shipping per item (i.e., value-added incentives. Furthermore, Shippit will give each vendor an option where they can pay Shippit a certain amount of money every month (i.e., subscription fees. in exchange for more features such as custom themes for their shop page, access to premium content like tutorials on how they can best present themselves online, etc…etc… (i.e., fee structure. Another aspect of Shippit's dashboard which makes it stand out from its competitors is its ability to suggest products or services that consumers may want based on their past purchases or search history
