Pre-built connector. This connector allows to connect Appy Pie Chatbot and CloudTalk and integrate them in no time. The pre-built connector connects Appy Pie Chatbot with CloudTalk by using OAuth2. Users have to fill out credentials in the connector and then Appy pie Chatbot will get connected to CloudTalk. In Appy Pie Chatbot, users have to setup credentials for connecting to CloudTalk. In the connection panel, you can see settings tab where users have to enter “OAuth Client ID” and “OAuth Client Secret” from CloudTalk dashboard. Once Appy Pie Chatbot is connected with CloudTalk, users can see all the entities from CloudTalk inside the Appy Pie Chatbot Editor. The pre-built connector supports APIs from CloudTalk only. Customer should contact CloudTalk support team for getting details about how to get access tokens from CloudTalk Support team. This connector does not support authentication from Appy Pie Chatbot side. The app needs to be deployed in Appy Pie Chatbot Portal before deploying it on any other channel. This connector allows users to connect Appy Pie Chatbot to CloudTalk without going through any extra steps or configuration changes in Appy Pie Chatbot Editor.
