Step 1. Sign up for both ClickSend SMS and PDFMonkey services by filling up the registration forms on their websites.

Step 2. Install the ClickSend SMS software on your computer after completing the registration process. You can download this software from http://www.clicksendsms.com/download-click-send-sms/. Make sure you install the software before signing up for the service because you will not be able to sign up without installing the software first. Also, make sure you are connected to internet while installing the software. When you install the software successfully, you will see a window like this:Step 3. Sign up for PDFMonkey service by going to https://www.pdfmonkey.com/register/. Fill up all the details in the form and click on “Submit” button when you are done. When you are done signing up, you will get an email that contains an activation link in it. Click on that activation link to continue with your registration process:Once you click on the activation link in your email, you will be asked to create a password before you sign up for the PDFMonkey service, like this:Step 4. After choosing your password, click on “Create Account” button and your account will be activated successfully:Step 5. Now, go back to your PDFMonkey email account and click on the link that says “Activate Account” in it:Step 6. You will be taken to this page when you click on the link mentioned above:Step 7. Scrpl down this page until you see “ClickSend Sender ID” field and enter “2” in it:Step 8. Once you enter your ClickSend Sender ID in this field, click on “Activate Your Sender ID” button and your sender ID will be activated successfully like this:Step 9. Now, copy the sender ID that appears above and paste it in “ClickSend Sender ID” field by going back to your ClickSend Sender account page and fill up all other details that appear in that page. Make sure you note down your sender ID somewhere so that you do not forget it later on. Also, make sure you have installed your ClickSend Sender application before going back to your ClickSend Sender account page because you will not be able to activate your sender ID without installing it first. After filling up all the details, click on “Save Information” button like this:Step 10. Now, return back to your PDFMonkey account page and click on “Scheduler” link. You will be taken to this page when you click on the link:Step 11. On this page, enter all the details about your text message in the fields provided there. These fields include message body, subject, message priority, subjects, URL and more like this.Step 12. Let us say you want to share an image file named “sample_image” with your recipient via an SMS. You can upload this image file from your computer or server under /images directory using FileZilla FTP Client by fplowing these steps. ~~Login to FileZilla FTP Server~~ ~~Select /images directory~~ ~~Download sample_image file from your computer or server~~ ~~Upload sample_image file into /images directory~~ ~~Logout from FileZilla FTP server~~ ~~Return back to PDFMonkey Scheduler page~~ ~~Click on “Upload File” button at the bottom of this page~~ ~~Choose “sample_image” file from /images directory~~ ~~Click on “Upload File” button at the bottom of this page again~~ ~~Make sure you choose “Sample Image” file from /images directory~~ ~~Enter sample_image file name in “File Description” field in this page if you want and click on “Save Item” button at the bottom of this page~~ ~~Now, browse through some pages on pdfmonkey.com website till you receive an email on your email address that looks like this. ~~~Subject line . Your File @ pdfmonkey.com Attachment . sample_image Message . File uploaded successfully! Thank you!~ ~~~This means that your image file has been uploaded successfully into PDFMonkey server and is ready for scheduling~~~ ~~~It takes around 10 minutes for an image file to be uploaded completely onto PDFMonkey server~~~ Step 13. Now, go back to your Scheduler page by clicking on “Scheduler” link again and enter all the details about an event that needs to happen when someone clicks on a download link of an image file hosted under /images directory like this. ~~~Enter event start time (DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM AM. in “Event Start Time” field~ ~~~Enter event end time (DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM AM. in “Event End Time” field~ ~~~Enter event name in “Event Name” field~ ~~~Choose either “Image Viewer” or “URL Viewer” in “Event Type” field~ ~~~Choose appropriate event trigger (In Fpders or Links clicked. in “Event Triggering Type” field~ ~~~Enter /images directory path in “Event Link Path” field~ ~~~Enter sample_image filename in “Image Link Path” field~ ~~~Enter sample_image filename extension (.jpg .gif .pdf .png .bmp. in “Image Extension” field~ ~~~Enter sample_image file size (in bytes. in “Image Size (Bytes)” field if necessary like this. 102400″ ~~~~After entering details about this event into Scheduler page, click on “Save Event” button at the bottom of this page like this. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~Note down event ID number appearing below Schedule Item title bar somewhere because you will need it later on~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Step 14
