Go to SendFox’s website (clickmeeting.sendfoxapp.com. and click on “create new account”. Create a free account by providing your contact information. Go to the main page of SendFox by clicking on the “home” button on the top bar. Click on “Sending Options” in the top menu bar. Click on “Create New Mailing List” in the left cpumn. Enter the email address that you want to cplect emails from in the “Email Address” field. Select from the drop down menu if you want your emails to be sent through the SMTP server or through the SendFox API. In the “Name” field, enter a name for your mailing list. Click on “create list” at the bottom right corner of the page. A new window will open showing your newly created mailing list. Copy the unique identifier in the URL of this page and paste it in the box on ClickMeeting’s “Integrations” page (integrations.clickmeeting.com. Click on “Save Integration” at the bottom of the page. You can now use SendFox to send out emails to participants in your ClickMeeting meeting.
