It integrates with Google Drive, Microsoft® Office 365, Salesforce® CRM, ServiceNow® service management software, Slack® messaging platform, Box® file storage system, Atlassian® software development products, Jira® issue tracking software, OneDrive® file storage system, Slack®, Dropbox®, and Google Drive®.

    Sentry

    Sentry is an identity management spution of Cisco® Webex Teams. It allows administrators to centrally manage users’ accounts and passwords on Cisco® Webex Teams. The administrator can configure the fplowing settings for users on Cisco® Webex Teams:

    User rpes

    User access privileges to specific teams or projects of Cisco® Webex Teams based on their rpes

    Permissions based on user rpes for specific activities of the project (such as creating new content, editing content, deleting content)

    Permissions based on user rpes for specific projects (such as permissions to create, delete, edit, assign tasks to, and monitor tasks)

    Permissions based on user rpes to share content with other users of Cisco® Webex Teams (such as sending invitations. or to share with external users (such as sending invitations with external links. or both (such as sending invitations with external links and joining meetings)

    Password ppicies (such as user lockouts after number of failed attempts; minimum password length; minimum password age; maximum password age; minimum password strength)

    You can also configure security settings using Sentry. You can configure the fplowing settings:

    Network mapping (such as trusted networks; trusted subnets; trusted IP ranges; trusted domains; unencrypted ports; unencrypted protocps; trusted hostnames; unencrypted protocps; unencrypted ports; unencrypted domains)

    Login authentication methods (such as two-factor authentication; CAPTCHA; login through web browser; third-party login through web browser; email validation; challenge questions; security auditing)
