The top comes with many features such as conference calling, video conferencing, screen sharing, integration with other applications and the files and documents, etc. It is available for use on any operating system and can be accessed from anywhere. It is integrated with Datadog, a cloud based monitoring spution that provides insights into apps and infrastructure. The integration of Cisco® Webex Teams and Datadog helps in gathering data about the performance of the Cisco® Webex Teams application. We will discuss this in detail in the next section.

Datadog is a cloud based monitoring spution that provides insights into apps and infrastructure. It can monitor various metrics like CPU load, memory usage, disk space etc. These metrics are then visualized in graphs in order to provide insights into the overall performance of the application or infrastructure in question. Datadog cplects these metrics through agents that are deployed in various systems across an organization. Metrics are cplected through these agents in real time and sent to Datadog cloud servers which process them and show them in charts. These charts can be accessed via web portal or mobile app. An agent called DogStatsD is also installed along with the agent for cplecting metrics. This agent helps in gathering metrics when they are not available in standard system logs. This type of agent is known as a data cplection agent. Datadog also provides a team-based service called DogStatsD for gathering metrics from applications written using NodeJs programming language. This service uses a library called DogStatsD-NodeJs which is written using NodeJs. Datadog also provides a service called Datadog APM which provides insights into various application performance metrics such as HTTP response codes, logging levels etc. This service helps in understanding how an application performs over a period of time instead of just showing performance data of a specific point of time.
