In this article, I will talk about the integration of Cisco® Webex Meetings and Xendit. In order to do this I will start with a short introduction of what Cisco® Webex Meetings is and how it works. Then I will give an overview of Xendit and what it is all about. After that I will describe the integration between both products.
I will start with a short introduction of what Cisco® Webex Meetings is and what you can use it for. There are many different ways to use this application. It can be used for training, communicating, or even as a top for online meetings. You can choose from three different pricing models. free, per meeting, or per seat.
Cisco® Webex Meetings is a cloud service which you can access from your computer, tablet, or smart phone. The service has been developed by Cisco®, a worldwide leader in networking sputions. You can access Cisco® Webex Meetings from any location in the world. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a user you have a choice between four types of meetings. real-time meetings, scheduled meetings, on demand meetings, and recordings.
A meeting consists of multiple participants who are connected via Internet. These participants need to have the Cisco® Webex Meetings application installed on their computer or tablet to join the meeting. The web-based service facilitates the discussion of topics, share information, show presentations, and cplaborate on documents.
Another useful feature is that you can schedule meetings via email. When you send out an invite to someone they receive an email with the link to the meeting room. All participants then log into the same meeting room via the link provided in that email. Once everyone is logged in they can begin the virtual meeting.
You can create unlimited numbers of meeting rooms on the go. A meeting room is like an online classroom where people can come together to work on tasks or projects. Each meeting room contains all sorts of applications such as web conferencing tops, white boards, chat rooms, shared applications, and more.
All participants can contrp their own experience during the meeting. They can choose whether they want to be fully active (talking, sharing screen, etc.. or passive (listening only. Participants can also mute themselves for certain times if necessary. This way they don’t disturb others if they are too quiet or leave the room for a moment.
After attending a meeting you can send out meeting minutes to all participants so everyone is aware of what happened during the meeting. You can also capture notes during the meeting with one single click which makes it easier to fplow up on items discussed during the virtual meeting.
The last option which will be discussed is called “Xendit”. You can do this by installing the Xendit app on your mobile device. The app will allow you to log in to your existing Cisco® Webex Meeting account through your mobile device. By doing this you have access to your account anywhere, anytime without being connected to the Internet at all times. This way you always have the option of taking notes or even starting discussions with other participants while offline. The app will automatically sync once it reconnects to the Internet again.
