Once the event is created, the @Webinar's Twitter page will tweet 'Join us tomorrow at 1 pm EST on Twitter!' along with a link embedded in the tweet. You can add other fields in this form such as Name, Email Address, Company Name, etc. After customers enter in their information and click on 'Register', they will be directed to a confirmation page where they will see the link to access the webinar itself. Once customers are done watching the webinar, they will be directed back to this page which will show them how many people joined (which was automatically updated from Mailgun. From here, you can export this list of participants into Excel and send them an email like 'Thank You for joining our webinar!' or 'Confirmation Order'.
